You can be the greatest person of your time, and still make mistakes– they’re unavoidable, and few can be truly reconciled when they’re made on as grand a scale as warriors like Goku were forced to operate on. 

That didn’t mean he wouldn’t have to keep trying, with what little time he was allowed to return to Earth.

- What is your earliest memory that you can remember?

All of a sudden, Goku’s gaze hardened, turning downwards as he concentrated upon that wisp of a foregone reality.

“I was trapped… surrounded by darkness on all sides, except forwards. Someone had captured me, and the only thing left in front of me was a clear wall of red.”

His fists tightened as he wracked his mind to extract more clear details, though it was to no significant avail.

“I–… I tried to get out, but I wasn’t strong enough, and there were… people in front of me. I called out to them, for help, but they couldn’t get me out. They reached out to me, and I reached back, but then I was being carried away. They were disappearing… Or I was disappearing. I knew they were scared of something, but I don’t understand what. They tried to tell me something before they vanished, but I couldn’t hear them anymore.”

Dog I remember watching WCW Monday Nitro w my dad, and I was like 2.

When I was 2 years old I had the Physique of the average 4 year old and I distinctly remember my older brother putting his hand on my shoulder and saying “never think that when you get taller than me, you’ll be able to beat me up”
