Hellloooooo! And ooooooh fun question....
It kinda takes me a while to form and grow interested in a ship, and I feel like most of 'em lean more on the platonic side!
I'll try to list some off the top of my head though! I'm sure more will pop into my mind as the day goes on buuuut:
PLATONICALLY:
All of Orion tbh. After writing some Orion articles, all of the Orion players give off such great friendship-vibes. They look out for each other out, defend one another, they love their coach, I think they're just such a great group AURGH
A lot of Grimm members.... Vlad and Bones, Sloan and Anubis, Anubis and Zyron, Franklyn + Anubis + Scully, I love the idea of a scary team having the best friendships out of everyone [and given the fact that, despite being the 'wicked evil team', they only cheated once and it was genuinely so minor that I say it shouldnt even COUNT <- biased. i think the idea's fitting!]
A ton of the coaches have potential for interesting dynamics........
Ura Giri & Buddy Watkins could be a ton of fun. They don't even like each other all that much, it's more like mere tolerance. Buddy drives Ura Giri crazy cause he's rowdy and annoying, Ura Giri drives Buddy crazy cause he barely engages with his loud antics. Both of their teams go: "If you two hate each other so much why don't you ignore--" and then both coaches shoot down the idea cause neither of them like the idea of 'giving in' to the other, so they stubbornly stand by each other till their game's over.
ROMANTICALLY:
The Sheikh X MEEEEEEEEEE
Griz X Supa Fran and that's entirely because of a misconception I had throughout my first time watching Supa Strikas up until season 3 LMAO. Plus I think someone who's always so uncertain about themselves + their skills and on edge getting with someone who's always so uplifting and optimistic is quite sweet...
A little bit of Anubis X Sloan is quite nice.... I don't think they'd ever outwardly say they're a couple or anything of the sort [I don't know if they'd even FEEL they're in a relationship], they just greatly enjoy each other's company and love ripping people to shreds together... Sloan will help get Anubis into certain places so he can cause trouble, and Anubis loves to cling onto Sloan wherever he goes. If you see those two together smiling at you they're 100% scheming something......

An amazing gift for @strike-em-down! And one of two things i have planned for Sultan Cj!
After seeing Strike-em-down's post i automatically i had to do screen edits of him! For me, i was rooting for Cj to join sultans (even though I knew it wouldve happen), because i would've love to seen Cj in a different medium entirely from SS. For me, I feel like Cj couldve made it work relucntantly of course- i mean to be fair sultans wouldn't have automatically stuck to him being new to the team of course, buuuuuttt insert a very unsure voice
It couldve WORKED!!!
Because the way they under appreciated CJ in comics until like he went to play for sultans, it was so disheartening for MEEE like Ugghh.
But thats all im gonna disclose.

And im saying this mainly because of his cut Afro, LIKE THEY MEANINGS YOU CAN PUT WITH IT IN A SENSE. I looovvee how you stylized his haircut to fit the show's, and the streak of green in it is such a nice touch, and the COMMBBBBB in his hair not only being gold, but also containing his INITIALS is an awesome addition [almost makes me think that after CJ accepted the Sheikh's offer, the Sheikh went and made him a more personalized comb to make his transition into the Sultans 'official' omg....] and putting him in different types of attire and the golden sunglasses like ITS ALL SO PERFECTTT IM GOING TO CRYYYY HE JUST LOOKS INCREDIBBBLLLEE YOU MAKE AMAZING EDITS!! Rambles about Sultans!Cool Joe below vvvv
Immediately became the Sheikh's favorite because he was THE player Sheikh wanted, and everything went his way, so that already put Joe high up on Sheikh's "Favorite people" list.
As a result, he gets insanely spoiled by the Sheikh. Not only cause he's genuinely skilled, but because it gave the Sultans a huge popularity boost [and overall attention due to the controversy OF Cool Joe leaving the Strikas suddenly] AND Sheikh likes to use this as a means to gloat in front of Supa Strikas that he 'won over' one of their own team members.
It took a while for Joe to get used to the Sultans. He barely knew them, and they ONLY knew him for his soccer skills, but after enough time they started to bond. Not all of them want to do victory dances with him sadly :[
He actually doesn't do too many victory dances at the Goliath/The Oasis just because it gets so humid and his energy is horribly drained once the game is over. He'll still TRY, but he's never able to adjust to the humidity.
Speaking of which, the way his hair started to cling onto the back of his neck and the overall sensation the humidity gave him drove him crazy so he cut trimmed his afro down a TON, but didn't want to truly get rid of it.
When Joe mentioned he missed his club back at his old home, the Sheikh helped him open a new one. It's where he and the rest of his team usually go to celebrate their victories. Some of his teammates enjoy dancing with him, such as Fast Farouk, their goal keeper :]
Zoom holds some resentment towards Joe. They don't get along much. Zoom truly wanted to be captain of the team and worked incredibly hard, only for Joe to basically be served the opportunity on a silver platter..
I think Cool Joe would hate the Amal 3 in a whole other way. He had to leave his home behind, he left his team, he left his friends, he left behind his hard work for a huge HUGE change in his life that he didn't even know if it's truly work out in the end. So then 3 new guys come waltzing in with basically little to NOTHING to lose, guys who've made no where NEAR the amount of sacrifices he did and immediately getting all this special treatment? He hates how it makes him feel, he hates questioning the Sheikh's generosity, and the thought he could be REPLACED by those 3 nobodies? It made him angry.
Joe left because he thought he wasn't getting the recognition he deserved. He still believes the Strikas didn't appreciate him, and the Sheikh feeds into this insecurity. Whenever Sultans go against Strikas, it's tense between the two captains.
IM RUNNING BACK. You probs wont reply but i love the fact you have cj cut his afro. Its not only logical as it wouldn't have been suited for the setting he's in, also its interested because in certain aspects of culture cutting your hair is like a loss of strength. I dunno if you interpreted that but i kind of take it as Cj loses the strength he held with supa strikas when being with sultans. I mean, your in a country without friends or family and your hair which was you strength has been cut down to size. Its seems so confining?

Despite Cool Joe getting constantly spoiled and the fact he seems to be everyone's favorite Sultans player, he--as you've perfectly said--is far away from EVERYONE he used to be close with, he's far from his home, and as much as he [and the Sheikh] has tried to replicate his life before, a fundamental part of him has been changed. It could be something he felt he HAD to do [whether it was to fit in, the desire to consistently perform the best on the pitch, or to 'prove' he had moved on from Supa Strikas], but it doesn't change the fact he's been altered. It doesn't change the fact he's away from everyone. It doesn't change the fact he can't fully be himself anymore.

I really wish I could have gotten this done by the end of today but after the bullshit Iāve had to put up with because of work today, I donāt think itāll be finished. But I am hoping for tomorrow at least.
Today the 29th is Oliver and Trentās anniversary, the day they FINALLY got together after avoiding each other after the fire that changed them both, FOR FIVE YEARS, and their wedding date as they had a summer wedding. I didnāt even have time to put on their burn marks/scars, thatās how bad itās been with work š
I am choosing to do this lineless, so wish me luck on that. Itāll probably be my Pride piece too, unless I get to finish this sketch below too as well. Itās a revamped design of Sage The Lion, the mascot for The Silver Lions! Theyāre genderfluid and uses any pronouns, and they have a story that actually ties in to them transitioning from the old Silver Lions to the new Silver Lions. One day I will talk about that.

To answer your question i dont really have a "favourite" but, i do like the defender bros and the winger duo, thats why i draw them the most. I also really like C.Inyo and C.Belmont they are my fav coaches. Oh and i also really like Lena, her comics are always very fun.
