New Challenger || Leo
◤☆ Golden eyes would widen as she was coming in close, but only to be met with something else. Of course the lioness wouldn’t expect such strength such as this, or rather a technique such as this. The force it was giving off was too much for her, she was certain of that, she knew her limits. Though there was no way she could block it, but she could at least try her best to contain it to the arena.
Even though it was painful, with her one hand she would make her emblem appear on her fist. ❝ I will contain it! ❞ The determination she had allowed her to make what she wanted to make big enough, hopefully. A large green barrier would appear around the whole arena to keep the blow of his attack within around them.
It was a struggle that was for certain, but she was going to waver while holding up the barrier. Even if it felt like a million degrees, and even if it was hurting, she wasn’t about to let this place get destroyed because of some wild ability. Even then, this ‘ wild ability ‘ was basically too much to handle, she was seeing the cracks appear in her barrier, but she still wasn’t backing down. Even if a few holes came through it it’d be fine, just as long as it didn’t completely shatter. You could say her main concern would be the audience in the stands.
By what appeared by the end of that ability, and what was barely left of her barrier, she could finally lower her hand. Majority of her outfit had already dissipated with the blow, what would only remain would be her white top and shorts. This certainly was an extreme fight she’d give him that.
Unfortunately, the stadium was damaged, but it was contained to the arena well enough. Though….for her, this was a defeat. Armor totally destroyed, one misstep she was certain the rest would disappear. This was her defeat, and as much as she wanted to fight still, that would be unbecoming of her. A warrior knew when they were defeated, especially if they were strong like that.
❝ Alright then…. ❞
Lifting herself up from the now torn up arena, and using the back of her hand to wipe away dirt from her face, she would walk up closer to this mysterious challenger. ❝ You win. ❞ She’d state with a slight smile. ❝ A warrior knows when they are defeated. ❞
Up until this point, there hadn’t been a single opponent that was able to handle more than one of Natsu’s attacks since he started roaming the land after his training so it came as a pleasant surprise that she had managed to stop one of his attacks at full strength. “Oho~ Good! I see you are strong!”
The barrier was gone and Natsu set his feet apart to continue with another attack when she seemed to relax and her following words made Natsu to stop on his tracks and blinked a few times as if he didn’t understand what was going on.
“Huh?” The girl had just surrendered so he had no more reason to continue and instead started scratching his head until his brain had processed the information and he then started celebrating.by shaking his arms up in victory. Obviously enough, the people who were still in the stadium started roaring in surprise, excitement and probably some in disbelief. Still, Natsu had a huge grin on his face.
“I guess I am stil the strongest one there is!” He was already feeling proud of himself once again when he asked aloud something that was probably unexpected by the people who actually joined the fight knowing what it was all about “So where’s my prize?”
