Do the first exercise of each pairs to failure, rest one minute then do it again. Set a timer ⏱ and do the second exercise of the pair for 1 minute, rest one minute then go again. Do the 5th exercise of this series (mountain mules) until you reach failure, rest a minute and then go again. Rest 2 minutes at the end of round one then start over 🔄 Exercises: Pair 1️⃣ Alligator 🐊 walks then bear 🐻 crawls. Pair 2️⃣ Cobra 🐍 push-ups then Gorilla 🦍 walks. Exercise 5️⃣ Mountain mules.
