Blog Status: Moved
I’ve finally marked this blog as archive, and settled in to the new blog.
>>Here is the new blog<<
I’m going to add the link to the new blog to my queue, and have it post four times a day for the next two days. I will probably come back and check this blog one last time by the end of the week, but I’m officially over on the other blog, so if you want my attention you can reach me there.
So I just realized switching blogs but keeping the url might fuck with my thread tracker.
Now I have to figure out how to do this without losing all of the threads I’m tracking. Maybe I’ll stop the queue and start reblogging replies from the other blog so I can start tracking from there.

“Is it something I would do or something you would do?” he countered, smirking. “How many more pieces are we missing?” he asked. How could one simple bookshelf have so many pieces? Where did they all go?
“Definitely something you would do,” Erik confirmed with a laugh, doing his best to make the statement convincing. “I would never play a cruel joke on you like that, but I’m sure you’re just full of evil ideas like hiding instruction guides from your poor innocent boyfriend.” He spotted the final two C boards and grabbed them with a bit of triumph as he noted, “That should be the last of it. Now we just have to figure out which of these ridiculous wooden pogs are the right size for holding the C Boards to the J Boards and attach it all to the backboard and are you certain I can’t just make us a bookshelf out of metal?”
“I’m sure that you wouldn’t. You’re far too kind to do something like that,” he said. He listened as Erik explained the next steps and had to bite back a groan. When he decided that he wanted a bookcase from Ikea, he’d had no idea how complicated it would be. He shook his head. “No, we got this far, we have to see it through, even if it takes us all night.” He was determined to finish this.

He almost wanted to be bitter, say that sorry wasn’t going to make him human again, but what good would that do? It wasn’t her fault.
“Thanks. I try to help the humans but I don’t think they’ll ever realize. They’d probably turn on me if they knew what I was.”
“Yes, as much as I hate to say it, Humans are an ungrateful bunch. At least according to my own experiences.” She murmured, taking a long sip of her drink. “Hm, perhaps not. There are some humans who take interest in your kinds. But in most cases, sadly you are most likely correct.”
“It makes me wonder why I bother, sometimes. Maybe I should just leave them to their own devices.” It wouldn’t be his fault when they wiped themselves out, he did try to save them, and for what? They never learned.
strongindependentmen:
The phone rang in his hand and Alucard waited for it to stop before going into the recent calls section and adding the number to his contacts. “And what am I marking you down as?” he asked. “I doubt you want me to remember you as ‘werewolf’.”
“Depends on how many werewolves you’re on good terms with.” He chuckled, turning his phone over in his hands. “But you can call me Liam. And you are?” Exchanging phone numbers before names; it wasn’t really the first time, nor the worst thing he’d done before getting someone’s name.
“Surprisingly not a lot.” Or maybe not surprisingly, he didn’t know. He entered the name into the contact screen, added a wolf emoticon at the end and saved it. “Alucard,” he answered. It was the only name he would give, the only name he answered to anymore.
"Some of this blood is mine.."
“How much is some?”
“…Most of it?” She feigned a smile. “I might actually be dying..”
He swore under his breath, trying to remember where the nearest hospital was. “You’re fine with hospitals, right?”
strongindependentmen:
“No changing the avatar, got it,” he mused, mostly to himself. “Yeah, general settings sounds like a good place to start. How many subfolders are there?”
“Calculating… There are 152 subfolders, and there appears to be 27 subfolders within all of those subfolders. General settings are open. Shall I skip over the appearance folder, or should I open it for you to fully decide on those settings?”
That was a lot of subfolders to go through. They’d be here for a while. “Uh, go ahead and open it. I won’t change the avatar but there are other settings in there I can mess around with, right?”
It’s all in a name
When he turned around, it was not who she was expecting. It was Clint– But not. He was much younger, for one, and though he had similar features to the bowman but it was not him.
Bobbi knew every inch of that man.
“I don’t need help. And where exactly did you get those arrows?” The blonde only knew of two people that had them. Hawkeye, and Hawkeye. She was definitely not prepared for another Hawkeye running around. Maybe she would have to talk to Clint about this… Not exactly something Bobbi would be looking forward to.
Oh god. What if this kid was some sort of clone?
He could practically see the recognition in her eyes, paired with some level of confusion and suspicion. It was confirmed when she asked where he got his arrows. The putty arrow was distinctly one of Clint Barton’s, and the only way he could get out of this was either to say he stole the arrow, or he designed it based on Clint’s. He knew it was risky either way. She wasn’t stupid, she’d probably be able to see right through his lie.
This was not going to go well.
“I got the idea from Hawkeye,” he said. He fidgeted where he stood. “You’re...not going to tell him, are you?”
strongindependentmen:
The initial annoyance made Francis worry he was going to face more anger than he had the patience to deal with right now, but in the next moment, the man seemed to calm down. He felt bad for getting the man’s shirt dirty so he made an offer he probably never would have otherwise.
“Hey there’s a little clothing shop a block that way,” he said, pointing behind himself. “Let me buy you a new shirt to make up for the mess,” he offered. He just used the last cash he had on him but he still had a card he could use.
A sigh escaped him, giving a small wave of the hand. “No, no, that’s alright. Its just an accident, couldn’t ask you to go through the trouble of that.” Smiling almost apologetically.
While it would be preferred to do so, it was hard to say if he could keep his arm hidden during the whole thing. It was difficult enough trying to find a shirt big enough to over the damned thing. “Thank you for the offer, much appreciated. I just should, uh, I guess see what I can do about cleaning this off.”
“I don’t think relish stains much. Might want to use a stain remover before tossing it in the wash, though,” he suggested. He felt bad, the guy was cool about it where most people would yell and swear at him. He wished he could make it up to him somehow, but he didn’t want to continue bugging the poor man.
“Let me make it up to you,” he insisted. “Have you had lunch yet?” He knew a little out-of-the-way cafe a couple blocks away that had the best sandwiches.
