You're allowed to have flaws, you're allowed to be wounded
If you ignore your wound it makes a big noise because it wants to be attended to
If you focus on your wound it gets bigger and more dramatic because it doesn't contain its own solutions
Your wound doesn't want to Get Louder or Get Bigger
It wants to be seen by the warm light of your awareness. It wants you to notice it, give it metaphorical or literal soup and blanket, and tread lightly around it in the course of your day to day action.
Do not hate yourself for having limitations and blind spots. They are just an artifact of incarnation. It is similar to being mortal - it happens to everyone.
