My evening drinking tea and answering emails. First day back at my daily job! The best thing I can do to balance my job productivity and my personal creative work is to have breaks (if I can) to read and listen to lectures.

It’s September! Did some practice q’s today. They were super hard. I didn’t do too well but I’m trying not to get discouraged.

I'm back!
The last few months have flown by and I feel like I have hardly gotten anything done.
Hopefully I'll stick around and lock in
Ps: I'll be checking my notifications after I submit a time-sensitive assignment by the end of the week. Sorry for ignoring you, little people that live in my phone
winter morning spent journaling about change, reading about dreams and sleepy towns
Bookshop cafe in Kinosaki, Japan! A lovey little spot to escape the rain ☕️☔️

No one is going to accomplish your goals for you.

Saturday October 25:
Took my Saturday morning ballet class!
Walked into town for a warm latte, that kept me toasty on the chilly walk back.
Spent the afternoon reading; both for leisure and to get a bit ahead for the week.
to top off the evening, I watched an episode of Over the Garden Wall, as I do every weekend beginning in early October. Creating a sense of time and place has been invaluable for preserving morale in grad school, and today was an exemplary fall day!
