To everyone who is learning a new language, knows more than one language, what do you do when you say you know/are learning a language and people ask you to speak it or say a sentence?

Hope you had fun in your vacation!! I've been studying (or atleast, trying to 😭) for my internals which are gonna be held next month. The weekend was fun though, I got to see my parents and my sister after quite a while, and we went out to watch a movie😄
