(Little 3 year old Ariana secretly slips through the bars of the fence and into an open window in the Addams' house, before trying to find food)

In hindsight, maybe this week wasn't a good time for Morticia to go on a trip with her Witch friends. Gomez supported her wholeheartedly, but 3 children in one house without his wife was...Stressful, to say the least.

So when he heard a thud from his study, the man thought nothing of it. It was when he'd heard the footsteps, and counted the children, did he start to worry. "Stay here. Don't kill your brother while I'm out." He warned Wednesday and Pugsley, before starting up the stairs and into the study.

"Hello?"

Ari looked around the study, trying to get into some of the cabinets in a desperate search for food; the little girl was soaked from the storm outside,  hadn’t eaten for almost two days and was starving. She’d found a bottle of Scotch and, not knowing what it was, was trying her best to get the bottle cap off.

She’d run away from the little shack they called “home”, because her father was not exactly kind to her; she’d been roaming the streets for the last few days just looking for warmth or food. While she’d always been warned to stay away from the Addams home, because it was supposedly “haunted” and the people who lived there were “freaks” (at least according to her father, who also claimed they ate anyone who went in there), the window was wide open and she figured it’d be better than just staying out in the rain and cold.

When the man with dark hair and a pencil mustache walked in, Ari nearly dropped the bottle and her eyes went wide. “Don’t eat me! I wasn’t doin’ nothin’!” the girl cried.

Again, where was Morticia when he needed her? He looked down at the girl, tilting his head in confusion. "How did..." He noticed the window, and sighed. He hated closing it during such beautiful weather, but it seemed that it was letting strangers into his home.

"Who are you?" He turned to the little one again, frowning. "I'm not going to eat you." Gomez kneeled on his knee so he'd be eye level with the small child. "I am Gomez Addams...What is your name?"

Ari looked confused at first and backed up, accidentally knocking a few swords off the wall; based on what she’d heard from her father and some of the locals, she’d expected the people in this house to be monsters. But this man was being kind to her, even though she’d trespassed into his house.

Shivering, the wet little girl looked up at Gomez. “Me Awi.” she told him. Looking down at the bottle of Scotch that was still in her hands (she couldn’t get it open), she sniffled and told him “I no mean to steal. I was hungwy.”

"Stealing would be an exaggeration, little one." Gomez's eyes landed on the bottle and he immediately snatched it away. "This is not food." He directed, putting the bottle back in the cupboard. He stared down at this little girl before lightly tapping his loafer on the wood planks. Gods, Tish was better with children.

"Are you hungry? I could see if we have anymore Eye of Newt." His own personal favorite dish. He offered his hand, "Come, little Ari. You're safe in this house."

Ari looked curious when Gomez mentioned Eye of Newt; she’d never heard of that dish before. She was mainly used to stealing little things from stores and such in order to eat.

Shyly, the little girl nodded and took hold of the man’s hand, starting to feel a little less frightened.

Gomez led the little girl through the mansion, helping her down the grand stair case and into the kitchen. Mama was sitting at the table, reading something from the paper. She looked up and gasped in delight, "Gomez! Where did you find this little thing?"

The Addams man smiled gently at Ari, reassuring her that Mama was safe. "Ah, she just kind of...Showed up. Hoping I'd have some Eye of Newt left." He searched through the old, rusty, creaking fridge. "Eye...Eye of newt..." He grumbled before pulling out a plate of the odd stuff, "Here. It's better cold, trust me."

The Doctor was a man of great brilliance! He loved everything scientific and academic, and loved exploring. So it came as a surprise he loathed this high school he was forced to go under cover in. The TARDIS had landed in this place, prompting him into investigation. What laid on the inside would probably be simple, he thought.

Out of his classroom and down the hall he went. Until, that is, he bumped right into someone. "Oh, pardon me! Sorry!"

Jasmine raised an eyebrow, "Oh yeah...exploring...right..." She shook her head. "You were investigating, same as me. Found anything interesting?" She asked curiously, her eyes trying to look around him at whatever he had behind his back.

With a smile, he kept the sonic firmly out of her sight. "Not a bloody thing." He said with a whimsical sigh. "That just means we have more exploring to do!" He adjusted his tie and slipped his sonic into his pocket. "After you, Miss Jasmine." He stepped aside, letting her take the lead. She knew the school better than he did! @elizabeth-reid-rp-blog

She looked suspiciously at the man for a moment before pointing the torch forward down the long dark hallway. She walked down, shining the bean of light over the walls. "There should be storage rooms down here, and a maintenance closet. They should be all locked..." She stopped as the torch illuminated a open door ahead.

The Doctor's head appeared above her, due to their difference in height. "Interesting." He drawled, stepped beside her and tilting his head at the open door. He held out his sonic, scanning the door for anything that would give away suspicions. "shall we?" He held out his hand, a habit he'd formed over his time as this regeneration. He liked hand holding..

Jasmine spied the strange device with curiousity but didn't ask about it. As he held out his hand she hesitated for a moment but then took it, grinning up at him, "Lets go .." she whispered.

Pulling him slowly to the open door she popped her head around it. She squinted, seeing nothing but darkness and hearing only silence. She took a breath and pulled the Doctor into the room, holding out her torch to light up the room. Her eyes widened. "Oh....my...." She muttered.

Looking up, the doctor was horrified as well. Those two history teachers? Trapped on the ceiling in what looked like green goo. "God." He finished for Jasmine, gulping as he took a protective step towards her. "We need to leave."

He turned, hand gripped in hers, right as the door slammed shut. They were now trapped.

Jasmine's mouth gaped open as she turned quickly. Staring at the door in dismay. She gripped his hand as panic set in. She turned her attention back to the two teachers. "Are they dead?" She whispered, her voice wavering a little in her panic. She moved a bit closer to him, gripping his arm.

A small muffled sound came from one of the teachers in answer to her question. She breathed a sigh of relief. They were alive. But how would they get them down? And what did that to them?

A noise from the other side of the room. A chair pushed out of the way, scrapped across the floor. Jasmine steeled herself.

"Run." The Doctor said, turning and racing down the closest corridor. Their exit might've been shut, but that didn't mean they couldn't escape! His sonic was out, pointed at another door that would lead to the boiler room. Part of him felt guilty for leaving those professors behind, but he wouldn't be much help to them or Jasmine if he were dead.

The door opened with a click, and he practically threw himself into it to open it. Once the door was open, he ushered Jasmine through and locked it with his sonic. The creature, whatever it was, roared from the other side and banged against it.

Jasmine ran with him, struggling to keep up with his large strides. She looked over her shoulder in horror as the creature followed them. It left a gloomy trail on the floor as it slid after them.

She helped him slam the door shut and pushed against it, hoping to keep the creature at bay for a least a little while until they came up with a plan.

"Is that a ruddy alien? In the basement?! What the hell are we gonna do now? Were stuck!" She said hurriedly, looking at the Doctor in concern.

The Doctor was pacing, deep in thought. "Alright...Alright alright alright..." He was fully aware they were trapped. Fully aware they were in danger. He was also aware that Jasmine's life was now in his hands. "Jasmine, I need you to take a breath. Yes, that was an alien. And I am to." He took out his sonic and scanned around. "I'm The Doctor, I'm 900 years old, and from the planet Gallifrey. And I promise to you, I'll make sure you get out of here alive."

Jasmine stared blankly at him, her eyes following his pacing. She did as he told her though, taking a deep staggered breath as the creature beat on the door. She swallowed dryly and cleared her throat.

"So either way iam stuck with a alien...right. okay. But you look human...not all...tentacly and gross ...iam guessing your a different race than our friend out there. Have you seen his kind before? Do you know how to stop him?" She asked hopefully. She pushed the unbelief to the back of her mind. She needed this alien of she was going to survive.

The Doctor thought for a minute. Green goo, roaring, chasing them through a hall...He knew what it was, but how they would defeat it would be the problem. "Its a Rudanciamiounious..." of course, his pronunciation was perfect for the rare creature. "I've only come across one once before, a long time ago..." He frowned and scanned the door. It was gone, most likely back to its prey.

"When I open the door...You run upstairs and go hide. I'll deal with the alien. I don't want you getting hurt, alright Jasmine?" The Doctor ordered, preparing himself for battle.

Jasmine peeked out the small window on the door. Sure enough it was gone. A slinky trail leading back the way it had came. She turned and panted a little, rubbing her face.

"What?! You expect me to run away? Oh no no no ...iam coming with you. I just need to find a weapon...how do we stop it? What are its weaknesses?" She asked him seriously. Her eyes scanning the room. A storage cupboard.

The Doctor's face broke into a large grin. It was scary, thinking he'd be bringing another human into this. But maybe, just maybe he'd make a new friend! A new companion. "Fire!" He cheered joyfully, tossing his sonic in the air before catching it. "The bugger hates fire. That is also how we get those professors down!"

He grabbed her arm softly, "Jasmine...You don't have to do this.." @elizabeth-reid-rp-blog

She looked into his wise eyes, "Yes I do...so, fire..." She thought for a moment, scanning the room. Jasmine's eyes brightened as she remembered, and pulled a lighter from her pocket. "Ah ha!" She grinned at the Doctor. "So, what's the plan? I wish I had a flame thrower..." She mused.

The Doctor laughed softly at her musing, finding it all to familiar and entertaining. "Well.." He reached into a dusty old box, pulling out a canister of bike grease. "Merry Christmas then, Jasmine." He said, tossing her the canister.

He stood by the door. "Are you ready?"

Her eyes lit up. She grinned, grabbing the canister and ripping off the lid. "Santa? You shouldn't have..." Jasmine chuckled to herself and lit the lighter. "Ready..." She said, gritting her teeth. She steeled herself, standing just behind him. Her heart racing in her chest. Adrenaline pumping.

And then, the door was open. The Doctor sprinted down the hall, yelling like a maniac to get the beast's attention. The alien's head spun around, locking on the Doctor with an enraged roar. The Doctor yelped and turned tail, rushing back to Jasmine. "NOW!!" he yelled, ducking behind her and holding his sonic.

The alien was rushing towards them, roaring and grunting as it reached them and reared up to attack.

Jasmine stared wide eyed as the creature roared, racing toward her. She froze, but only for a moment before she lit the lighter, and pressed the nozzle.

A stream of flames consumed the creatures face. She kept hold of the nozzle until the can was empty, engulfing the creature in the red fire. Once it sputtered and stopped she dropped the can and stared at the creature in horror.

The Doctor grabbed her hand and dragged her out of the way just as the creature's claws hit the ground. "Now," He said, with excitement tingling in his voice. "We run!" He broke into a sprint, holding her hand tightly as he laughed out loud.

Her eyes lit up. She grinned, grabbing the canister and ripping off the lid. "Santa? You shouldn't have..." Jasmine chuckled to herself and lit the lighter. "Ready..." She said, gritting her teeth. She steeled herself, standing just behind him. Her heart racing in her chest. Adrenaline pumping.

And then, the door was open. The Doctor sprinted down the hall, yelling like a maniac to get the beast's attention. The alien's head spun around, locking on the Doctor with an enraged roar. The Doctor yelped and turned tail, rushing back to Jasmine. "NOW!!" he yelled, ducking behind her and holding his sonic.

The alien was rushing towards them, roaring and grunting as it reached them and reared up to attack.

Ari kept fussing at first as the Doctor ran into the store, but quickly became distracted by the bright lights and colors of the store around her when she peeked her head out to look around. 

She looked up to see that the Doctor looked utterly confused at seeing all the rows of jars of baby food and formula. To someone who was not a parent, it would look pretty perplexing.

An employee noticed the Doctor looking lost and quickly came over. “Can I help you with something, sir?” she asked. Ari clung to the Doctor, feeling fearful of the stranger as she wet her diaper.

The Doctor considered himself a patient man, but by Gallifrey did he hate this. “Uh..What would you suggest for this wee little one?” He bounced Ari in his arms, then noticed she was wet. “Oh, pardon me for just a moment, but could you choose one for me? thanks!” He ran off, grabbing a diaper pack and going into the family bathroom.

He hadn’t been a father in centuries, could he pull it off? And what if Ariana’s mother was searching for her? “Uh…Thank you…” He said to the employee, taking their suggestions and walking through the store.

Think. He told himself. What would Rose do? What would Martha do? What would Donna do? He couldn’t think straight with this child looking up at him with her puppy dog eyes. He didn’t know anything about her! What would happen if she didn’t take to kindly to space?

Ari was a little miffed at first; wasn’t she cute enough? Didn’t the Doctor want her? Also, she still wondered how he was going to find her mother; this city was absolutely huge, and she wasn’t old enough to remember where her home was yet.

Still, it worried Ari a little that the Doctor seemed so troubled. As they walked through the aisle, she reached over and grabbed a small Kermit the Frog toy off a nearby shelf, offering it up to the Doctor in the hopes it might cheer him up.

Jasmine spied the strange device with curiousity but didn't ask about it. As he held out his hand she hesitated for a moment but then took it, grinning up at him, "Lets go .." she whispered.

Pulling him slowly to the open door she popped her head around it. She squinted, seeing nothing but darkness and hearing only silence. She took a breath and pulled the Doctor into the room, holding out her torch to light up the room. Her eyes widened. "Oh....my...." She muttered.

Looking up, the doctor was horrified as well. Those two history teachers? Trapped on the ceiling in what looked like green goo. "God." He finished for Jasmine, gulping as he took a protective step towards her. "We need to leave."

He turned, hand gripped in hers, right as the door slammed shut. They were now trapped.

Jasmine's mouth gaped open as she turned quickly. Staring at the door in dismay. She gripped his hand as panic set in. She turned her attention back to the two teachers. "Are they dead?" She whispered, her voice wavering a little in her panic. She moved a bit closer to him, gripping his arm.

A small muffled sound came from one of the teachers in answer to her question. She breathed a sigh of relief. They were alive. But how would they get them down? And what did that to them?

A noise from the other side of the room. A chair pushed out of the way, scrapped across the floor. Jasmine steeled herself.

"Run." The Doctor said, turning and racing down the closest corridor. Their exit might've been shut, but that didn't mean they couldn't escape! His sonic was out, pointed at another door that would lead to the boiler room. Part of him felt guilty for leaving those professors behind, but he wouldn't be much help to them or Jasmine if he were dead.

The door opened with a click, and he practically threw himself into it to open it. Once the door was open, he ushered Jasmine through and locked it with his sonic. The creature, whatever it was, roared from the other side and banged against it.

"Is that a ruddy alien? In the basement?! What the hell are we gonna do now? Were stuck!" She said hurriedly, looking at the Doctor in concern.

"I'm The Doctor, I'm 900 years old, and from the planet Gallifrey. And I promise to you, I'll make sure you get out of here alive."

"So either way iam stuck with a alien...right. okay. But you look human...not all...tentacly and gross ...iam guessing your a different race than our friend out there. Have you seen his kind before? Do you know how to stop him?" She asked hopefully. She pushed the unbelief to the back of her mind. She needed this alien of she was going to survive.

(Baby Ariana, having been abandoned nearby, has seen the TARDIS and crawled inside through the door which was left cracked open. She is attracted to the shiny lights and things inside and immediately begins trying to climb on things.)

The TARDIS responded by whirring, alerting its owner to the newest life form on the ship. The time lord peeked around the console, tilting his head in confusion and concern. A baby? How did a baby get on his ship!? “Uh, hello! That isn’t yours!” He raced around and scooped her up before she could touch any of the shiny things. “Who’re you? Wheres your mum?”

Ari whined in frustration as she was pulled away from the shiny things (she’d been about to pull a random lever), but was quickly distracted when she saw the brown spiky haired man in a suit who’d picked her up. Not paying attention to his questions (she couldn’t really talk yet anyway), she squealed and began attempting to grab his hair and his tie, babbling “Dada!”

Dada. Now isn’t that sweet! While the Doctor wanted nothing more than to comfort this tiny child, he had to be blunt and honest. Even if she didn’t understand him. “I am not your father, tiny one.” He chuckled, letting her tiny fists grab his hair and tie. “But how did you get in here? Huh? Can you show Docky-wocky how you got inside?” He tried baby talking, which Donna had said would work on any infant.

Ari giggled and babbled a string of nonsense syllables, now lifting the Doctor’s tie and putting the end in her mouth to suck on as she tried to get closer to his warmth. The only things the baby wore were a thin sleeveless blue dress (with her name Ariana embroidered on the front) and a diaper. She’d been left in the elements a while ago and had been getting very cold when she spotted the TARDIS; her little bare feet in particular were freezing. 

When he asked her to show him how she got inside, Ari babbled and pointed to the door of the ship (disguised as the police box, which was now wide open since the door hadn’t been locked properly and the wind had blown it further open.

The Doctor frowned and walked to the door, peeking out before closing it with a twist of the lock. The poor child was frozen, shivering in his arms. When he looked outside again, he was horrified to discover that it had been snowing. And this poor baby, who was currently sucking on his favorite tie, was barefoot. “Oh, oh you poor thing…” He muttered, encircling his strong, warm arms around her. “You’re safe now…”

As the Doctor wrapped his warm arms around her, Ari whimpered and babbled, snuggling as far into his warm body as she could; her little feet felt like icicles. 

She still wasn’t sure what had happened to her mum; Mummy had been very frustrated with her that morning because Ari’s diaper leaked in the night, which led to a good hour of cleaning (never mind the fact that Mummy always bought the really cheap diapers that irritated the baby’s bottom and tended to leak, nor that she always seemed frustrated with the baby’s crying). Later that afternoon, Mummy had brought her to the park, set her down and told her to stay put; that she would be back in twenty minutes. 

She never came back. 

Hence why Ari had gone crawling about looking for someplace warm and had found the TARDIS just as the snow started falling. “Dada?” she asked again, holding tightly onto the Doctor in an attempt to stay close to him and whimpering as she began to poop her already soaked and soiled diaper.

The Doctor grimaced when he smelt the obvious scent of soiled diaper. “No, not Dada…” He said, a bit more seriously this time. But instead of arguing with this tiny human, he started exploring the TARDIS in hopes either he, in his past regenerations, or one of his companions had left diapers. After a few minutes, the TARDIS had mercy and showed him to a bathroom, which to his surprise, had everything a baby needed.

“Alright, hold still…” He cleaned her up, making funny noises to entertain her as he put her into a clean diaper. “All..” He tossed the soiled one into the trash and washed his own hands. “Done! There…Now, wheres your mummy…?”

Ari had started to whine at first when the Doctor put her down (as she didn’t like being pulled away from his warmth), but calmed down as he cleaned her bottom and finally changed her diaper; she hadn’t been changed for a good few hours at least and it hurt her bottom. 

She wished she could tell the Doctor where her mummy was; she had no idea herself, as she couldn’t read yet nor did she have any sense of direction to know where her home was.

Ari whimpered a little as she squirmed on the padded changing table that had seemingly formed out of nowhere, kicking her bare feet towards the Doctor as her feet and hands were still cold and she was hoping he might play with her and warm her up.

The child’s kicking caught the attention of the time lord, and he picked her back up to keep her warm. “I know you’re cold…But you can’t stay here…” The TARDIS was to large, to dangerous for an infant. An not to mention he himself, was dangerous. Always getting into adventures, trouble around every corner…and regenerations would be an odd thing to explain to Ariana.

So, after a few minutes of hard thinking, he put on his coat and wrapped her in it. “Ready for an adventure, little one?” He cooed, stepping out into the cold winter air and out to find Ariana’s mother.

As the two made their way out into the cold night, Ari burrowed herself further into the Doctor’s coat and clung to him like a koala to keep warm, occasionally peeking her head out to see where they were going. A large amount of snow had already fallen (making it hard to walk through), and she didn’t really recognize where they were, apart from knowing her home was likely several miles away.

As they walked, people kept stopping them when they noticed Ari’s little head popping out of the Doctor’s coat every now and then; they kept assuming the Doctor was her father (not helped by the baby constantly calling him Dada). 

Another small group had just stopped them to coo over Ari, asking the Doctor how old she was and that he had an adorable daughter, but Ari’s tummy growled loudly and she was beginning to fuss.

So many questions, which would only add more to his own personal collection of them. "She's uh..." He cleared his throat, trying to avoid the questioning when he heard Ari whimper. Thank Gallifrey, this child could read minds. "Oh look at that, she must be hungry! I better be off! Bye now!" He rushed past the group, and ran quickly into the nearest department store.

Baby food. Baby food...He had never bought anything from a department store before. Rose, Donna or Martha would always buy what they needed for him. So here he was, cradling a small infant to his chest as he stared at the jars of mashed foods.

The Doctor was a man of great brilliance! He loved everything scientific and academic, and loved exploring. So it came as a surprise he loathed this high school he was forced to go under cover in. The TARDIS had landed in this place, prompting him into investigation. What laid on the inside would probably be simple, he thought.

Out of his classroom and down the hall he went. Until, that is, he bumped right into someone. "Oh, pardon me! Sorry!"

Jasmine raised an eyebrow, "Oh yeah...exploring...right..." She shook her head. "You were investigating, same as me. Found anything interesting?" She asked curiously, her eyes trying to look around him at whatever he had behind his back.

With a smile, he kept the sonic firmly out of her sight. "Not a bloody thing." He said with a whimsical sigh. "That just means we have more exploring to do!" He adjusted his tie and slipped his sonic into his pocket. "After you, Miss Jasmine." He stepped aside, letting her take the lead. She knew the school better than he did! @elizabeth-reid-rp-blog

She looked suspiciously at the man for a moment before pointing the torch forward down the long dark hallway. She walked down, shining the bean of light over the walls. "There should be storage rooms down here, and a maintenance closet. They should be all locked..." She stopped as the torch illuminated a open door ahead.

The Doctor's head appeared above her, due to their difference in height. "Interesting." He drawled, stepped beside her and tilting his head at the open door. He held out his sonic, scanning the door for anything that would give away suspicions. "shall we?" He held out his hand, a habit he'd formed over his time as this regeneration. He liked hand holding..

Jasmine spied the strange device with curiousity but didn't ask about it. As he held out his hand she hesitated for a moment but then took it, grinning up at him, "Lets go .." she whispered.

Pulling him slowly to the open door she popped her head around it. She squinted, seeing nothing but darkness and hearing only silence. She took a breath and pulled the Doctor into the room, holding out her torch to light up the room. Her eyes widened. "Oh....my...." She muttered.

Looking up, the doctor was horrified as well. Those two history teachers? Trapped on the ceiling in what looked like green goo. "God." He finished for Jasmine, gulping as he took a protective step towards her. "We need to leave."

He turned, hand gripped in hers, right as the door slammed shut. They were now trapped.

Jasmine's mouth gaped open as she turned quickly. Staring at the door in dismay. She gripped his hand as panic set in. She turned her attention back to the two teachers. "Are they dead?" She whispered, her voice wavering a little in her panic. She moved a bit closer to him, gripping his arm.

A small muffled sound came from one of the teachers in answer to her question. She breathed a sigh of relief. They were alive. But how would they get them down? And what did that to them?

A noise from the other side of the room. A chair pushed out of the way, scrapped across the floor. Jasmine steeled herself.

"Run." The Doctor said, turning and racing down the closest corridor. Their exit might've been shut, but that didn't mean they couldn't escape! His sonic was out, pointed at another door that would lead to the boiler room. Part of him felt guilty for leaving those professors behind, but he wouldn't be much help to them or Jasmine if he were dead.

The door opened with a click, and he practically threw himself into it to open it. Once the door was open, he ushered Jasmine through and locked it with his sonic. The creature, whatever it was, roared from the other side and banged against it.

Jasmine ran with him, struggling to keep up with his large strides. She looked over her shoulder in horror as the creature followed them. It left a gloomy trail on the floor as it slid after them.

She helped him slam the door shut and pushed against it, hoping to keep the creature at bay for a least a little while until they came up with a plan.

"Is that a ruddy alien? In the basement?! What the hell are we gonna do now? Were stuck!" She said hurriedly, looking at the Doctor in concern.

The Doctor was pacing, deep in thought. "Alright...Alright alright alright..." He was fully aware they were trapped. Fully aware they were in danger. He was also aware that Jasmine's life was now in his hands. "Jasmine, I need you to take a breath. Yes, that was an alien. And I am to." He took out his sonic and scanned around. "I'm The Doctor, I'm 900 years old, and from the planet Gallifrey. And I promise to you, I'll make sure you get out of here alive."

Jasmine stared blankly at him, her eyes following his pacing. She did as he told her though, taking a deep staggered breath as the creature beat on the door. She swallowed dryly and cleared her throat.

"So either way iam stuck with a alien...right. okay. But you look human...not all...tentacly and gross ...iam guessing your a different race than our friend out there. Have you seen his kind before? Do you know how to stop him?" She asked hopefully. She pushed the unbelief to the back of her mind. She needed this alien of she was going to survive.

The Doctor thought for a minute. Green goo, roaring, chasing them through a hall...He knew what it was, but how they would defeat it would be the problem. "Its a Rudanciamiounious..." of course, his pronunciation was perfect for the rare creature. "I've only come across one once before, a long time ago..." He frowned and scanned the door. It was gone, most likely back to its prey.

"When I open the door...You run upstairs and go hide. I'll deal with the alien. I don't want you getting hurt, alright Jasmine?" The Doctor ordered, preparing himself for battle.
