I’m upset and angry. As many people know, it’s a popular Jewish tradition to go to the movies on Christmas Day (as it is one of the only places open), but this year my mom doesn’t want us to go. Now, I’m not mad at my mom, I’m mad at why she said this.

She doesn’t want us to go because she’s afraid for us. She said that a movie theatre full of Jews is too dangerous, that it could attract some nazi to shoot up the place. She and my dad have never had this concern before. It’s never even crossed their minds. We live in a very liberal area in a state that always votes blue, in a place my mom’s family has lived in for five generations.

But now, in 2017, we live in an era that white supremacists are so emboldened that my parents don’t feel safe letting their Jewish children see a movie on Christmas because they’re afraid they’ll never come home. I’m so angry that even in fucking New York we have to look over our shoulder because so many people still want us dead.

It should have never come to this. I’m fucking livid.

Look ReddNook is interesting.

But imagine Redd figuring out Tom has his own island.

He’s jealous and pissed because Toms doing so well.

He thinks he’s angry at Tom and jealous but really he just misses his ex and will only admit to himself that he knows he messed up what could have been an amazing thing.

So he scraps together what he has and gets a shot boat and goes to the island.

He knows he annoys Tom and it brings him some joy that he has a bit of a place in the mans heart.

But then he sneaks on the island and is plotting.

He runs into Tom and the Tanooki just hardly glances his way and seems so unphased and is like.

“Oh you’re here.”

And there’s just no actually emotion behind his words. Like he’s complete gotten over Redd.

And that’s when Redd realizes he lost everything.

I don’t know if any of you need this. I do recommend looking at the Greek and Hebrew - that thing in Paul that supposedly condemns gay people actually is anti pederast (Greek guys would sometimes have relationships with uncomfortably young boys - so basically anti pedophile), to take just one example. Not my path but a lot of the hatful ones haven’t actually delved into their book - I mean it’s only the ethics rule book to them, why would they do that? /s
