Akereo settled as a mule deer! This form was unexpected for both of us, as people tell us we give off the vibes of a jackal or wolf or a rat or something like that. We would never have expected a deer but that’s just how it turned out.

So we’re now considering the mule deer as a possible analytic form. very different from the side striped jackal but very possible. form finding is weird like that.

So we looked back at the golden jackal analysis, and something just wasn’t quite right about it, so we ended up looking at other jackal forms and found the side striped jackal. This ones the closest fit yet, and pretty comfortable to project. Also they’re just adorable. Look at em 👌

Why hello there. I’m Lee, and I’m running this blog with my wonderful, stupid, mangy daemon Akereo. We’ve been in the dæmian community for about 5 years now, but mostly we’ve just been lurking on here, and we only ever really posted on the amino. We decided it’s about time we contributed here, so hello dæmians and dæmons!
