you sit on matt’s lap, legs wrapped around his waist as you focus on applying his eye liner. he leans against the headboard while your brows furrow and you bite your lip, trying not to mess up the delicate line. you asked matt if you could do his makeup today as you wanted to try something new. every morning matt usually just smudges some eyeliner under his eyes and goes about his day, but today you wanted to try something different, you wanted to make him look pretty.
“baby…hold still…” you mutter as you hold the pencil with your right hand and your left cupping his face. “you’re going to make me mess up.”
“honey…you’re poking my eye..” he murmurs, his hands resting on your hips, trying his best not to move for you as his eye waters.
“just…wait a minute..” you finish applying a thick line on his upper lid and you smile at your completed work. matt opens his eyes and looks at you, your faces inches apart.
“well, how do i look?” he asks.
“wait, i have one more thing to make you look perfect.” you smirk to yourself, grabbing your eyeshadow palette from your makeup bag. you open the box and you find the color you wanted, a bright sparkly silver. you tap your brush into the shadow and instruct matt to close his eyes. he gives you a questioning look but you reassure him that you are going to make him look good. you swipe the powder across his lids, painting them with the shimmery shadow.
“there…all done!” you chirp, tossing the brush on the bed and clapping your hands together. you snap a picture of your finished masterpiece and show matt the result.
“um…sweetheart…why is there glitter on my eyes?” matt questions, rubbing your thighs.
“what’s wrong with it?” you whine, “i think it matches your nose ring and it makes your blue eyes pop.”
“i….” he looks into your innocent eyes, “you know what…it’s perfect. i love it honey.” he pulls you into him and kisses you. your lips melting into each others, his tongue brushing against yours.
you break the kiss to take a breath. “you look so good baby, i wish you would wear this everyday.”
matt smirks at you, “i’ll let you be my little makeup artist everyday, baby.”
