Illya flew around in the open space, she was trying to improve her aerial speed. Flipping and kicking herself to propel off the tree she headed towards, flying faster with the force she had added. ‘Being a magical girl has its perks sometimes.’ She thought to herself as she smiles while the wind pushes her hair back.
Ruby was in her hand, helping her adjust her angles and methods. By doing so, Illya can improve on her skills so that if ever needed in the city, she can help protect it. As she landed, ending practicce for the day, Illya stretched out when a stranger walked up to her for directions.
“U-uhm!” She answered, “I’m sorry. I’m not very good with the roads around here either!” The child bowed down as she looked up to glance at him. “And mister, you’re not that old~” She cheered.
Ruby, who was hiding behind her, whispered into her ear; telling her that she will lead the way, so pretend to know the way. “Ah! I think I know a place. Follow me!” She quickly reached for her staff that turned into a broach-like form, slamming it onto her chest, coughing at how hard she did that to herself.
Clay was rather observant of his surroundings, most of the time at least. Other times he was a bit spacey--no wait, a lot of the time. He was spacey especially if space was involved. At this moment, he was just lost in his own world and did not notice the girl flying around above him. He noticed her after she had landed and he walked up to her not knowing of how special she truly was.
To break the ice, he threw in a joke about his age and laughed at his own joke. His eyes as well as his Aura sense caught on something behind/near the girl. He could have sworn he heard whispering, but perhaps it was just him. Also his attention was very much focused on food. Once his mind was set on food, or anything, he’d stay focused. For now, he’d put in back of his mind. True, he was a curious type--well, that was an understatement. But, food came first! He laughed merrily at her reply as he crouched closer to her eye level.
“ Ah~? You really don’t think so? “ He scratched back of his head, “ well! That’s a relief!! Heh~” He chuckled and stood up straight and blinked as she exclaimed. “Oh! You’re great!” A bright smile crossed his features, but his smile dissipated as he watched her staff turn to a broach, “w-whoa....! What the...?” He had seen some weird stuff, so this wasn’t too much of a surprise to him. Even still, it was not everyday that you saw a staff turn to another thing. At that moment he really wondered just what this city was about and if it really was on Earth. For a moment he thought maybe he was dreaming or had gone to space. But then he remembered....
Not much left his mouth except a gasp as she slammed it hard against her chest. “He-HEY! BE CAREFUL! Are....are you alright....?” He knelt in front of her and tilted her chin up, “you need any help in any way? Please be careful and not hurt yourself, alright?” He smiled warmly at her and it clicked. “Hey, I got a trick for you. do the same after me, but with YOUR name, okay?” Clay stood up and took a sharp in hale
“I AM CLAY TERRAN AND I AM FINE!!!!” He yelled loudly causing several passerby to stare at him Not that he cared or anything. He looked back down at her grinning and gave her a thumbs up, “now your turn! It’s the sure fire way to cure anything that hurts, upsets etc and give you a smile and energy! Also, this way we get each other’s names and it cures that ouchie, hm~? TWO BIRDS ONE STONE! SO GIVE IT YOUR ALL!!!”
