Enjoy the smokey taste of herb potatoes that have been grilled with garlic, rosemary, and thyme. These are great as a side dish for barbecues!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tsp dried rosemary. 2 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and garlic powder until evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Thread the seasoned potatoes onto skewers or place them in a grill basket. Grill the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and tender. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
