Especially knowing that if we are to ever die as a martyr we feel nothing but a pinch of pain

And the only wish is to come back and keep fighting for the sake of Allāh…over and over and over

That is pure love…the best love

I’m falling DEEPER in love with my Creator

A message that was sent by a woman in Gaza:

"If Allah lifted the veil for you just ten minutes and you could see the sky of Palestine, you would see a sight of wonder. Waves of angels racing to ascend with the souls of the martyrs to Allah in a special celebration. I swear by Allah, besides whom there is no god but Him, the sky is filled with the scent of perfume! These people have completed their test in this world, so there is no need for them to stay in this world. Allah has chosen them for Paradise. You see the painful images, don't you? But my messenger and your messenger Muhammad (ﷺ) swore by Allah that the martyr will not experience pain except that of a pinch. So just as if I pinch you by the hand, do not fear for them. I know you are saddened, so remember what the Messenger (ﷺ) said...No one in this world dies and wishes to return to the world except the martyr. The martyr wishes that they would die for His sake a thousand times; to keep dying for His sake and come back. I am now seeing things in Gaza that if you saw them with your own eyes, you would die of joy. These martyrs are alive and eternally provided for by their Sustainer."

Harvard is such an accomplished university that it’s really hard to be unimpressed by anything to do with it.

But recently Harvard made me so disappointed…

Harvard is a place where so many people from different backgrounds,  has published so many studies that are backed by intellectuals for hundreds of years. 

Anything that would come from it would not only be a highly trusted source, but an ethical one, and one that is more neutral than anything.

A institution like Harvard can get away from being neutral; only Harvard! Everyone else must choose a side in certain topics, that’s just how society works right now, especially in the age of social media. 

Everyone must know who’s side your on whether it’s sports, politics, celebrity drama, etc. there is a hashtag for it.

Harvard choosing a side and such a sensitive topic where it’s so detrimental that it can hinder its students social emotional health in a very detrimental way.

We all know it’s already hard enough to get in (tigger), then you actually have to study and attend the difficult school (tigger), and now you have to deal with the school that you worked so hard to get into actually doesn’t support your humanitarian right to live…..(tigggerrrr)

I know I totally just switch it up right there honing into a specific group.

Okay I’ll here enough of this.

Note to Harvard though: I’m so disappointed you.

I was listening a #jayshetty podcast today, and #vishen was on there too. The episode closed off with Vishen saying that do what being you joy and turn it into a career. Sound amazing but that’s if you know what I exactly made me joy. I can’t just choose one!

How can I hone into one thing - I think that’s why my life is a mess right now because I can’t seem so ever focus on one thing! But I KNOW if I did I would be somewhere BIG but I am indecisive.

It’s pretty sad tBH…don’t wish this mindset on anyone and I’m jelous of those who have that straight focus.

Anyways keep me in your duas

Am I the only one who wonders if I’m practicing shirk when I send salawat to our Prophet (pbuh) during prayers? Sometimes I totally disconnect with my Creator when I do it and now I’m wondering why are there other people (whom I respect and admire) in a conversation with my Creator and I? I just think my prayers should be my own with whom I am made to worship and Him ALONE.
