I really need all of my freedom-touting Americans out there to realize that us being one step above the most restrictive, authoritarian, and dystopian nations in the world that we've recently cozied up with isn't the flex you believe it is.
Other countries have lapped us for decades in healthcare, education, and overall quality of living, but sure, go on about how no one can stop you from saying or doing some arbitrary thing that Republicans are already planning on censoring and blocking as we speak.
Hello Everyone
Hello Everyone,
If any of you live in the United States of America and just witness the election tonight.
I wanted to say to you guys that it is okay to grieve and feel sad about it. It was a devsivating blow to not just our country, but the world.
I also would like to remind you all that we tried and if you voted, good job.
If you did not voted, you guys fucked everyone over including yourselves.
However, I am not planning to give up the fight. we must not give into the fight!
We will make everything right or try anyway!
Till then, this week I will be grieving as a person of Palestinian heritage, as someone who Identifies as a woman and as someone who has empathy and is also disabled.
I know some unkind words may come my way, I don't care. I am allowed to have an opinion and thoughts about things.
However, just know that after this week, I will be fighting as I do not plan to give up!
That is all,
Thank you!
My interpretation of "Hutsulian Woman". I recommend to see the original, it was painted by the Ukrainian artist Olena Kulchitska (1877-1967), from Lviv and it is absolutely gorgeous.
This drawing, at one moment, reminds me of last night when a Russian missile hit my city. At the same time, I love these drawings because they were meant for my friends. I don't want people to forget that Russia is a terrorist state, that it kills people indiscriminately—whether it's a child or a soldier. They don't care; their main goal is to commit genocide against the Ukrainian people.I thank all the people who support Ukraine And they understand the seriousness of the situation.

Man, the lack of talk about the history of prejudice and discrimination that Slavic countries and cultures endured is really frustrating.
