Greetings! So this is something I just started so bear with me...but..

during the course of time, I've notice that so many people like myself are getting more and more anxious and excited to see Disney Pixar's upcoming film,

Inside Out

. With that being said, join me or anyone planning a theater meet up (listed in facebook event in link above) to view Inside Out during opening weekend!! 

Why opening weekend? It's a personal tradition of mine. As a huge Pixar fan since age 4 (when Toy Story released), it is my tradition to watch every Pixar film opening weekend to support Pixar animation and all the teams who work on these movies (Up, Monster's Inc, Incredibles, Ratatouille, etc) for they have been my inspiration for art, animation, and most of all, story telling.

Enough of me blabbering my life story! If you would like to plan a meet up for anyone to join for your viewing of 'Inside Out' in your area, please make a Facebook event with the date/time, theater location, and any other details on it and send the link via the comments in the main facebook event page in the link above. It will be a weekend of "Feels" All Around!

Please do not use feminism to shame my interests.

I like pink and dresses and art and music and fashion. I also like blue and sports and comics and I choose not to wear makeup and have had short hair for the past five years. I am a person with feminine and masculine interests. I have not been socialized to be more feminine, I have adopted new interest, grown as a person and learned to embrace both my feminine and my masculine sides.

If you want to do a feminist reading on this silly ass comic about how I’ve changed over the past decade maybe you should look at why I actively avoided things typically viewed as “feminine”.

You’re not helping feminism by making me feel like I don’t have control over myself. You’re not helping feminism by shaming girls who consider themselves more feminine than masculine.
