I woke up today to the news that Beautiful Ghosts is nominated for a Golden Globe - it’s so cool that one of the most fun, fulfilling creative experiences I’ve ever had is being honored in this way by the HFPA. I ended up spending many days on set watching the other performers do their scenes. Watching the character Victoria, played by Frankie Hayward inspired me so much and Beautiful Ghosts was the result. Congrats to my co-writer and buddy 4 life Andrew Lloyd Webber. This is just purrfect. 😸

Scooter doesn’t want a resolution. A resolution already existed...Taylor lost the ability to purchase her masters and lost ownership of her work...so Taylor is exercising her contracted right to re-record her work. Scooter purchased Big Machine with full knowledge of that contract. He knew the risks and he still gambled. He is now lashing out and playing the victim because of his own business choices. Taylor doesn’t owe Scooter anything. She did not enter into business with him voluntarily. She has no responsibility to save or preserve Scooters business gamble. Scooter has created this current conflict by trying to sabotage her work and because he is acting out because Taylor is exercising her legal option to re-record. The conflict is no longer the sale...the conflict is Scooter is not happy that Taylor has the legal right to re-record. This resolution of conflict Scooter claims to want is simple...he can stop whining and retaliating against Taylor for his poor business decision...maybe he should have read the contract before purchasing.
