2020 has been a strange year. I’ve grown a lot and I’ve also searched my soul a lot. And searching inside of what’s in my mind and heart has been scary and also stressful but also reassuring. I can confidently say that I know I have a great heart that loves people for who they are but my heart has been through a lot that makes it seem like it’s not so great. My heart gets scared and defensive. I hope 2021 helps me clear away the darkness and hurt in my heart to be able to love more purely and accept people into my heart without falling apart

I felt I’ve done really well with this resolution :) I’m not as confident in my heart as I was then but I know that I’m still trying and open to trying to be a great person and accept people’s love when it’s given. I know that my problem is that I feel that I don’t deserve the love or that it’s fake but I know that that’s all in my head and that I should just accept what people are giving to me. My heart is definitely flawed and I am definitely flawed but I know that my feelings and intentions are true. I just need to stop letting anxiety, insecurity, depression, and uncertainty control how I deal with it.
