Reverse Stardew Valley: tired of the same old everybody-knows-everybody-else bullshite; of only knowing like ten people close to their age; of not having career prospects outside of harsh manual labour and basic service jobs; of not having decent transit connections (perhaps the most important part); of there not being any entertainment around other than an out-of-the-way mostly dead hot springs, the ruins of a community centre where all the old people used to play rummy and occasional festivals that range from "stuffy tradition" to "this is for children"; a young, bright-eyed personfolk leaves their rural family home and estabilishes themselves in the Big City. They end up working a City Job - one with some romance and mystique to it, maybe a librarian? Making a livable wage, they enjoy visiting the cafe located downstairs from their centrally located flat, where they're a well-loved regular. Their social life has never been better - other young adults have also been drawn to the City's magnetism, and they enjoy hanging out at a variety of venues available within easy walking distance. Et cetera, et cetera. Life's good.
