Sophomore Year
Looking back at my sophomore year
It was really stressful for me
I made so many friends
And went through a lot of struggles
But I made it
And the summer is here

Song: Arctic Monkey//Snap Out Of It
[Verse 1]
Annotate What's been happening in your world? What have you been up to? I heard that you fell in love, or near enough I gotta tell you the truth (yeah) [Chorus] I wanna grab both your shoulders and shake baby Snap out of it (snap out of it) I get the feeling I left it too late but baby Snap out of it (snap out of it) If that watch don't continue to swing Or the fat lady fancies having a sing I'll be here Waiting ever so patiently for you to Snap Out Of It Forever isn't for everyone Is forever for you? It sounds like settling down Or giving up But it dont sound much like you girl [Chorus] [Bridge] Under a spell you're hypnotized (ooh) Darling how could you be so blind (snap out of it) (x2) [Chorus]

The Reply
Replied to Devin's Ode:
I am so glad that I can make you happy. It makes me feel so special to be loved and used all the time.
Ode to Road Trips
Freedom, on an open road
No plan, no where to go
Sun setting behind us
As we drive off in the distance
Keep each other busy
As the miles go up
And our home town thoughts
Escape further and further
From our ambitious minds
The Selfie
Pictured perfectly
She is beauty, she has style
Look at that cute smile
That is such a great filter
Hair is styled perfectly
The Angsty One
All around me are forced smiles
Like walking mannequins
Real life barbie dolls
Still striving to be perfect
but barely skimming the surface
Just continuing to be fake

Question/Responses to "Pretty"
Pretty is a very deep poem that explains the pressure to be perfect when you dont really need it. Its not worth it trying to fit in, because yeah you will be able to fit in but is it worth the struggle of keeping up when you can just be fun and be yourself.
Myself
Do I look good enough?
Am I cool enough?
Am I skinny enough?
Am I tan enough?
Am I too annoying?
Maybe you should tell me what clothes to buy
And tell me to smoke a pack
Or maybe just stop eating
Or rent a tanning bed
Or maybe just not talk at all
Or maybe
Just maybe
I could be myself
Summer
So close
U need to come faster
Must have you
Make me tanner
Eager for you to get here
Really need you to get here
