Day2 of trying the most disgusting food combinations. Todays dish is "The Ultimate soup"

"The Ultimate soup" was named by my friend as well, said friend made this dish to try and help me recover due to my horrid ideas.

"The Ultimate soup" is made out of tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, a single piece of toast, and ketchup.
