Whilst I work on putting this animation project together, I thought I’d post my progress on creating my own “eye” style. Version 1 looked utterly ridiculous. I don’t like it at all (I think the colours were backwards as well). Version 2 was a lot better, but I decided it would be too much trouble to draw consistently. Version 3, the final, seemed like a nice compromise and mix between the first two. Easy to draw, yet doesn’t look bad.

I absolutely hate Nadeko as a character... mainly because I see a lot of my own flaws in her. I traced this image from an episode of the Monogatari series, while adding a little of my own flair.

In an attempt to draw something other than characters, I drew the island of Mata Nui! The first generation of Bionicle will always have a special place in my heart. It was a large part of shaping who I am today.
