I'm rather upset. This is the 4th! lid I've had crack on my Blender Bottle shakers. We hand wash each one and don't over tighten them. Yet happened again. 😢

2017: The year of hustle, bustle and muscle.
Sometimes it takes a simple photo from your partner to remind you how far the to come. My conditioning has come a long way since this one. Every step I take is an improvement. Every time I get up is closer to what I want.

I ate a McDonald's for breakfast, a whole pizza for lunch, a whole pack of fudge + more today 😔 I feel so bad. I've been eating like this a lot lately , I splurge way too much. I usually eat very healthy but I can't help it. I keep trying to justify to my self why I should keep eating the next thing and then the next thing and before you know it I've eaten enough to gain a pound in 1 day. I know you have to allow yourself treats but it's become every day now and once I start, I can't stop. Xxx

To overcome this issue we need to break it down.
What is the issue? You are struggling with maintaining a balanced diet and seem to eat ‘unhealthy’ foods more often than you feel you should. You may even feel like you are binge eating.
Why? What is causing this?
This is a question you will have to think about yourself but i do have some reasons that may suit you:1.Reason: Depriving yourself of ‘treats’ and not consuming a well balanced diet so you tend to binge when you get your hands on an unhealthy treat.
The fix: Ensure you are allowing yourself some indulgence every now and then when you get those cravings. If you keep putting off the cravings entirely and don’t allow yourself to have some ice cream, a piece of chocolate or go out for pizza every now and then, you will end up binging like you are now. So make sure you eat wholesome, nutritious foods 80% of the time and allow yourself to indulge the other 20% !!
2.Reason: You are not eating enough in general.
The fix: When some people try to eat healthier, they think eating less is better, so not only do they eat healthier foods, but they eat smaller portions and overall they may not be getting their reccommended intake for the day which causes you to have more cravings, eat more when you get the chance to eat unhealthy foods and binge. So to avoid this, make sure you are eating ENOUGH of the right foods!
3. Reason: You are feeling upset/stressed/lonely/going through a rough time
The fix: Plenty of people turn to food when they need some comforting. So if this is you, try other ways to fix the problem you are dealing with, which can hopefully resolve the binging issue!
There is a few that might be suited to you, if not. Do what i just did! Whatever the reason is try and find a way to fix it…
You stated: ‘it’s become every day now and once I start, I can’t stop.’
But you CAN stop. You really CAN. It is your choice to go through the macdonalds drive through. It is your choice to say YES if someone offers you that macdonalds. It was your choice to pick up that pizza and eat it. It was your choice to eat that fudge.
If you find yourself about to do one of these things again. Actively stop yourself and think ‘I have the power to put the pizza down, to drive right past the window at maccas and not order anything, i have the power to not buy the fudge at the shop, i have the power to give that fudge away and get it out of my hands’ You can stop yourself. you just have to WANT to.
Instead of eating mcdonalds burgers, make your own healthy version! Make your own healthy pizzas! Make your own vegan raw slice instead of the fudge. Find other ways to fix the cravings in better ways !!!
