Why do I regress?
𓆉︎ I I use agere as a coping mechanism to help me have a mental safe space and escape while living in an abusive household and dealing with a plethora or mental health problems.
𓆉︎ I also experience age regression involuntarily due to cptsd and trauma I endured when I was younger
