You laid motionless in bed. A numb feeling taking over your body, as if your soul was miles away from your body.
Before you could slip deeper into your own despair, there was a knock at the door.
Suguru peered into your room with a weary expression. His gaze shifted from the untouched bowl of fruit he had given you hours ago and back to the lump under the covers on the bed.
A small sigh left his lips. Looking at you right now almost felt like looking into a mirror. He understood what you were feeling but he didn’t know how to help you, how to save you from drowning in your own mind
After another moment of silence he stepped into the room closing the door behind him without a word.
You weren’t able to react before he laid in bed beside you, cradling you from behind. His movements were hesitant as if he wasn’t sure what he was doing.
Geto moved his arms in between the two of you to stroke your hair.
It wasn’t a huge gesture or a therapy session but it was enough. It was the two of you.
Note: i wanted this to be a little sadder but it’s whatever
