Blood In The Water: Chapter 12

Delylah Tully, only child of Edmure, finds herself in the midst of a war consuming Westeros. But the Riverlands is the heart of the seven kingdoms, and Delylah is the key to the Riverlands. Yet the lineage of old gods worshippers and witch queens mingles in Delylah’s veins, and the little fish may be more formidable than she seems.
Aegon VI Targaryen is raised in Dorne, a dragon amongst serpents. His life depends on him living as one of Oberyn’s bastards, yet the unseated heir is hot-blooded and impatient. When the North declares war, Aegon sees the perfect opportunity to form alliances. His greatest secret is not his identity, but Toad, the first dragon in over a century.
Fire and blood collide as war rages across Westeros, and both Aegon and Delylah find that their choices will shape the future of the embattled continent.
Aegon cast a look around the brewhouse. It was not overly large, just a few tables and chairs and a bar in front of a set of lattice windows that threw a soft light across the brewhouse. The scent of ale was on the air, though not thick enough to make Aegon choke on the smell of it. “Not as often as my father.” Delylah pulled up a stool, craning her neck back to examine the various barrels of ale that were on display. A mischievous expression crossed her face as she turned back to Aegon. “My father dislikes bards, you know. When I was little, there was a bard who bedded a girl he fancied. Then there was another bard who made up a song about a floppy fish, because Father couldn’t perform in bed with a woman once.” If Aegon had already been drinking ale, he would have spat it out. “What?” “My father was young when I was born, and when he lost my mother.” Delylah raised her eyebrows, her tone becoming defensive. “Is it any wonder he mooned after pretty girls?” “No, I didn’t mean…” Aegon shook his head vehemently. “I only meant that, I was surprised you found out about all of that.” “My father’s friends like to talk and tease.” Delylah summoned the barkeep and ordered them each a mug of ale. “The floppy fish song gets brought up often, usually around the time of his name-day.”

Last season of Euphoria really is so ugly and reflective of American society and rising conservatism rn. Nothing but shitty Bible propaganda, rampant anti-blackness, exploitation and humiliation of women and the abuse of sex workers shown to the audience for lurid thrills, one of the lesbian leads dead and another (the trans one) trapped in an outlandish D/s sugar baby relationship tormented and making art and chasing male approval….we live in HELL. It’s so obvious how much this season was injected with stupid ass misogynistic ass homophobic/transphobic ass fantasies and I HATE it.
Me creating Cahir x OC and Bombsight x OC fics when the target audience is literally just me
