its so embarrassing hyperfixating on scissor sisters not because i dont think theyre cool or something but like. kind of the opposite. number one theyre not niche at all irl but online there's very little acknowledgement of them apart from i can't decide obviously. secondly theyre like. still alive and active. its not like the beatles or queen or something where people who like their stuff are a bit like history buffs cause theres some digging to do and there's the aesthetics of old decades. theyre just making music and i can't even talk about them to people who like them irl because people who like them irl are normal about it!!!!!! i know too many of their songs and i have a favourite member when you have a favourite member of a band you cross the line. not normal any more
