Internal flow of knowledge
the power and the wisdom
the fountain flows forever
the Universe has bestowed
upon me, within us
this treasure unfounded by many
and forgotten by most
the ever-flowing fountain of
a higher consciousness within
and without material Distractions
It Flows Within  Â
Herbal Tea is by far one of the warmest and healthiest drinks that you can treat yourself to any time of day. If you need some help falling asleep at night, there is a tea for that. If you need a boost when you wake up in the morning, there is also tea for that. From antioxidant polyphenols to immune system boosters, tea has many health benefits.
The wonderful thing about tea is that some varieties like chamomile can help relax and soothe the body and soul. A warm cup of delicious herbal teaencourages the sipper to slow down. Between holding a cup while evading spillage and gracefully sipping  hot tea, it takes license to reel you in. If there are tea leaves floating around, then you really pay attention. This may not be the case for everyone and that is okay. Many people do not like hot tea. It is a beautifully warm beverage, but iced herbal tea is just as refreshing.
A cup of tea is rarely ignoredâŠ
âIf you havenât the time to do a thing for yourself, then please have some tea. Please have and enjoy some teaâŠâ
If you are ready to try drinking tea and feel overwhelmed by the many choices, just begin with the familiar. A carminative (relieves gas) herb, pepermint leaves help soothe the discomfort associated with flatulence. Peppermint tea is a great tea to begin with, especially during meals. As you become familiar with the different varieties you can move on to blends such as organic chai. If you have any medical concerns do some research and speak to your doctor. Some herbal teas may interact with your medications. Enjoy your journey to tea!

Creole love is exquisite, beautiful colored by the Caribbean landscape. A blend of cultures within us that enriches our connection with everything and everyone around us. Creole love is deep. It is passionate. It is intrinsically and poetically inclined to breathe life into hearts that have stopped beating. There is no flat-lining with this colorful love experience.Â
Creole love is quiet yet unabashedly bold. Unashamed of itâs flames that burn...and brand the victims involved. Enveloped by spicy romance, impassioned vows, Francophone refinements, Creole intricacies, and love at its sharpest. Ready to pierce the hearts of the parties involved. âSe pa pou dat...Mâape reve de ouâ - Not for nothing, Iâm dreaming of you!
I took this photo and sort of forgot about it. It was first inspired by my nieces who love flowers in their hair. I think of my girls every time I see this photo. I just love pink in nature!
I love whipping Shea butter. That is something that I seriously enjoy. My mother loves her coffee so I whipped up this cream for her. I used organic unrefined Shea butter, organic coffee beans that I ground myself, and some Mango butter. To soften up the solid butters, I added some vanilla infused olive oil. I whipped it to a very fine consistency and voila! The smell is amazing!
NB: I always allow the butters to sit for a few hours until they are soft enough to whip. Otherwise, it gets a bit messy. Low heat can be used to melt them, but I prefer doing it this way so that the oils' properties are not lost.
What exactly is it that you are waiting for? Leaving it for another day is like a dog chasing its tail in the dark. Making excuses is no longer, well...itâČs no longer an excuse! Go ahead and get it done today!Â
Go make things happen! Get that something done! Tomorrow is another chance to re-brand, replenish, recreate, redecorate, renew the love.
Affirm that this moment you have signed a contract with yourself. Whatever your soul calls you to engage in, today is the day! Today is the day!
âAll that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.â
-Gandalf letter to Frodo
