After months of chilling air and cold rain pounding windows all day, it was a relief to see the baby blue sky for once. Puffy white clouds adorning the blue canvas only as accents, a warm gentle breeze passed now and then — spring was finally here and it was time to leave the security of heavy blankets and oppressive layers of winter clothes.
Neither of the two were all that fond of the cold weather, the taller thrived in the warmth of the sun and the smaller seemed unable to retain any type of body heat for all that long. The coming of spring was something to cheer about, and they were going to do it just right.
Finally able to wear shorts, he donned a pair of short overalls over one of Taeil’s battered band tees he had stolen. Never forgetting his good luck charm, Taeil’s signed guitar pick on a necklace. The pair had eagerly agreed that a walk throughout Central Park would be the best way to spend time together, basking in the embrace of the sun together. They wandered around for a while until settling down together under a massive tree, a basket between them and a paint tarp from Hajun’s garden beneath them.
“I tried my hand at something new,” pulling a large chilled aluminum container from the basket, “I found a recipe for a honeydew smoothie, do you want to try some?” an excited smile on his face.
As soon as the weather starts to get warmer, brighter, happier, Taeil feels like he’s slowly getting more and more alive again — because winter always feels draining to him, it leaves him exhausted and out of energy to keep his body warm. But now the sun is burning warmer again, the sky is blue and the pretty flowers are growing again, it’s the perfect time to take his beloved on a little date.
They hadn’t planned much, it was something simple and easy to make; but handmade things always carry a bit more love and care, don’t they? Well, Taeil likes to believe that way, and he always does his best to make things with his own hands to present Hajun: his lyrics, his melodies, and even the covers he makes of the songs the other loves the most. That’s why he brought his guitar to their date, because Taeil can’t cook even if he tries his hardest... But that has never been a problem, his boyfriend is very talented in the kitchen, and they’ve bought snacks to share too.
With his eyes closed, Taeil enjoys the little bit of sunlight that peeks through the leaves above him, and he has a tiny and soft smile on his lips. When he hears the other’s sweet voice, he looks at him with so much happiness in his eyes, completely in love with the man sitting before him.
“Of course I wanna try,” the blond says and smiles a bit wider, moving a little to sit closer to his boyfriend. “That sounds delicious, baby... How did you make it?” And he waits for Hajun to give him the smoothie, excited to try everything his prince has made for them.

The night is dark, the moon is at its highest point on the sky, and Taeil is relieved to see the many guests leave after wishing them a goodnight and thanking the couple for the party they had made for Hajun’s birthday — a surprise Taeil had prepared for his boyfriend, something he had spent the last months planning and making sure to make it perfect.
And it really was perfect, Hajun looked like he had fun seeing his friends and spending time with everyone together, and the food was also delicious and the drinks were enough to leave anyone drunk. But what Taeil didn’t expect was to see Hajun let himself be affected by the alcohol, it’s not something the younger boy does often and Taeil can’t even remember the last time he saw the other like that.
But he’s not too worried about it, since he made sure to keep an eye on his boyfriend the whole time, and now that they’re alone he can take proper care of Hajun in the state he’s in.
Taeil sits on the couch next to the other, and giggles when he sees how red his cheeks are and how relaxed he looks. “Someone had too many drinks,” the blond says and runs his fingers through Hajun’s hair, pushing the soft and dark strands back. “How are you feeling, birthday boy? Did you have fun?”

Gently shimmying upwards to prop himself on an elbow, the smaller smiled fondly at his sleeping lover, resting his cheek in his raised hand as the other softly caressed the snoozing face before him. Taeil always did his best to look as cool as possible around him, but times like this where he was at his most vulnerable and comfortable were some of Hajun’s favorite. He placed more gentle kisses upon Taeil’s face and gently wiped the stray line of drool at his lip, “You look so goofy when you sleep…” spoken softly, voice still saddled with sleep.
“Too early? How?” chuckling softly as he feels the gentle touches on his neck. “You’re not hungry?” his touches and chuckles paused the moment he felt Taeil’s hands wander down his body, blinking in surprise. He’s always known that Taeil had energy for intimacy, but it surprised him that his lover had energy for that when his eyes weren’t even open yet. A weak laugh leaves his lips and he tries to pull himself away from the iron grip that held him tightly. “It’s not early, Tae.” shimmying his legs in an attempt to untangle himself from the knot of limbs that lied under the sheets, inattentive to how his movements stirred the other.
— HANA ╱ 𝒶𝓇𝓉𝑒𝓂𝒾𝓈 !
Hana finds herself smiling. The last thing she’d ever thought was to come into such a realization in a party like this. Truth be told she really never gave it too much thought when it came to relationship. Actually she always did believe that her refusal to date or pursue some crush was because of her life plan ( now she knows it is a tad more complicated than that ) and she’ll think about later when she was come down from her party high and has the time to actually think about the implications. What she has time for is Taeil and his amazing loving nature. She could have never gotten to this point in her life if it wasn’t for him. His constant love and support had gotten her from some very dark spots in her life and the fact that he continue to make her feel valid amids all the chaos, had Hana’s heart swelling. She doesn’t dislike when he teases her, actually she rather enjoy it, even if sometimes she is a red as tomato. It just their dynamic. After all, he was like the brother she had never had and is grateful for his presence in her life. “It doesn’t bother me.” Voice came low and airy, the arm around his middle tightening a bit as she rested her head on his shoulder for a few seconds, taking in the warmth and safety of his presence. “It is like having a brother.”
Lots to unpack, but not the time to do so.
“I think ghost would prefer to crossover than clean your room, no offense.” And then she is laughing. Something rich but airy, calm and giddy. It was a mixture of the tension that had left her body and her new found calmness. Sometimes a little inner truth goes a long the way when it comes to relationships. “Who said I’m afraid?” she is appalled by the notion of being afraid — a faux one — but she is gasping dramatically at it. “If anything, I invite them to present themselves. I need a audience when I’m practicing.” Which was whenever she had free time at home. Though as of late, between her job, her internship and school work her free time had passed to be a thing of the past. “Oh, we should definitely hold a seanse. You know anyone with an affinity to ghost hunting?”
Taeil wraps his arms tightly around her, and he presses a soft and sweet kiss on her forehead, a thing he always does whenever they share a moment like that one. He feels happy, relieved, and important knowing that she trusts him enough to tell him something so personal like that... But he remembers that coming out to his friends was a lot easier when he found out about his sexuality. To his family... not so much. He really wishes it’ll be different for Hana, and that people will accept her however she is. “I am your brother,” he tells her with a warm smile on his lips, squishing her into his embrace tightly and playfully. “You are my family, Hana, so we are brother and sister. And nothing can change that, okay? You’ll have to deal with me and my stupid jokes until we’re both old and grouchy.” He chuckles, and givs his sister another forehead kiss before going back to hugging her loosely — the last thing he wants is to hurt her right now. “I’ll be married to Hajun, and you’ll be the most famous musician in the country.”
And they’ll both be happy, too. That’s what Taeil wishes for the most.
He laughs loudly again, and pokes Hana’s side playfully after she says that about his room. “Aw, come on! It’s not that bad, I’m sure our ghost friend likes my mess.” His smile is bright, and he feels his chest warm with happiness when he sees the other laughing like that; after her sudden confession, it makes Taeil feel very relieved to see her so light and bubbly. “Oh, so you’re not afraid? That’s not what it looks like when we watch horror movies together, Miss Hana.” He giggles and cups her cheeks, squishing them a little as if she’s a child. He can’t ever miss the opportunity to tease his friends, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. “They probably like your music, since they chose to stay with us... I think a seance would be fun! We can make them questions and maybe give them something they like? But sadly I don’t know anyone...”
— MINGYU ╱ 𝑒𝓇𝑜𝓈 !
Mingyu’s eyes narrowed as he watched his friend whine and reach back to relieve his scalp from the tight pull he was giving it. He held onto the strands just a little longer, hoping to make his point to Taeil. The two have had a pretty violent history since their school days, yet it was rare that he would resort to that kind of action now in their twenties. If he ever did, it was to make sure Taeil understood he was crossing a very thin line, no matter how stupid it may actually be. “Shut up.” grabbing more hair this time and pulling back with force. Sometimes he liked watching Taeil come off his high horse, his head was so far up in the clouds sometimes, he was just being a good friend by keeping him grounded.
Once his need for rectification had been fulfilled, he sighed and let the strands of hair free from his grip. “You do?” softly patting the skin that he had just irritated with the tugging and hair dye. “Drums and soft vocals, huh… are you thinking something of a ballad or like just speaking?” The smaller continued busying himself with his handiwork, brushing the pungent mix all over the other’s hair. A smile upon his face as he heard the obvious excitement in their voice, “Yeah, let’s do that! It’s been a while, we might have some good pent up ideas.”
When he notices his friend will not let go of his hair, Taeil lets a frustrated whine escape past his lips, and he rubs the region a little bit as soon as the pressure is gone, but then he groans again when his hair is pulled again, this time a lot more painful than the first time. “Ouch, Mingyu!” He says, frowning at the other through the mirror. If it was anyone else, Taeil would most likely be upset and angry, but since it’s Mingyu he doesn’t feel as annoyed. After so many years fighting each other in school, there is nothing that could ruin their friendship now. Not even some blonde strings of hair broken in between his best friend’s fingers.
And he appreciates the other’s attempt to soothe the skin he had just pulled on aggressively, a small pout forms on Taeil’s lips as he nods his head. “Yeah, it’s a pretty good idea.” He says with a softer tone of voice, but then raises an eyebrow at Mingyu as if he’s not quite believing what the other had just said. “Definitely not a ballad. I was actually thinking of something like this,” he grabs his phone from his jacket pocket and opens a music app, types on the search bar and then starts playing a song that he really loves. “Something like this, bro.” He lets the song play for a while, and smiles a little. “I think we can make something with that same vibe, soft and slow but also harsh.”
♡ — HAJUN ╱ 𝒽𝓎𝒶𝒸𝒾𝓃𝓉𝒽 !
It was incredibly cheesy to admit, much less think, but it was true what people say about couples. It’s like they’re in their own world whenever they’re together. Always one to think about what was appropriate in certain situations and locations, it seemed to completely slip his mind whenever Taeil became affectionate. It was the gentle touches, the soft voice, and the way he just seemed to look at Hajun like he was the only person in the entire room. The smaller couldn’t help the bashful grin on his face when the taller held him so close, like he was fragile. “You don’t need to apologize anymore, it’s okay.” hushed softly in between their chaste kisses.
A gleeful chuckle emitted from Hajun, nodding his head softly as he continued to rest his hands on Taeil’s face, “You always say that! Youre such a liar, oh my god.” pulling them off and locking their fingers together as they slipped out of the crowded venue and into the soothing silence out in the courtyard. He rested his head upon the silk covered shoulder of the other, “I think even if you wore your tank tops it would look good. You always manage to make them look good.” bringing their interlocked hands up to his lips to press a kiss on Taeil’s knuckles. “Are you feeling better now, love?” More than aware of how Taeil always seemed to get anxious at large gatherings, especially the more affluent ones.
There is absolute no way that Taeil could pay attention to anything else when he’s in the same room as Hajun. the shorter man has caught his attention from the very first time Taeil laid eyes on him, and it’s been that way ever since — he only has eyes for his sweet boyfriend, his precious prince, and nothing nor no one could change that. He says he can’t be blamed, not when he’s dating the most beautiful and adorable person in the world, and he’s not afraid of being cheesy and express those feelings. Taeil has never been so in love in his entire life, and he wants people to see it. “Okay, angel.” Another kiss is pressed against the other’s cheek.
When Hajun holds his hand again, the taller of the two chuckles again and squeezes his hand softly, walking next to him with a bright smile that could not leave his face, not when he’s feeling so happy and comfortable in the presence of Hajun. “I’m not a liar,” he says in between laughs, and once they’re alone, he wraps his arms around his boyfriend to bring him closer again. The weather is a bit cold, but Taeil makes sure to keep his prince warm in his embrace. “But you’re so biased, baby... You like to see my muscles.” He chuckles again, leaning in to give the other a soft kiss on the lips. “I feel much better. I always feel better when we’re alone, you know it.” The annoying smirk forms on his lips again, and he pecks Hajun’s lips one more time.

— MINGYU ╱ 𝑒𝓇𝑜𝓈 !
Mingyu squinted at Taeil through the mirror, his pout sticking out to the side in distaste for the mild insult, “That wasn’t necessary, brat.” Pulling down the weft of hair he had parted to sample the color, pulling Taeil’s stupidly over sized head back against the backrest of the chair. “Apologize or I’ll bleach all your hair off.” Letting go after a few moments to shake his head and continued to apply the balm around the hairlines. It wasn’t often that Mingyu and Taeil had serene moments like this, usually the two were either making too much noise with their music or their restless laughter — either of the two were certainly a nuisance to whoever was around long enough. Once he had completed preparing the taller’s skin, Mingyu capped the lip balm and placed it onto the counter, reaching for the black rubber gloves.
“Right, we’ve gotten too comfortable with the current list…,” he sniffles a little as he holds the little bowl of dye, the smell quite pungent as he stirs it around before application. “I was thinking, I know its tacky but hear me out, what if we picked an introductory song. Like, slow BPM, ya know? Just to get things started?” Taking that same handful of hair he so mercilessly yanked before, he brought the brush from out of the mixture and crosshatched it through Taeil’s hair. “I just don’t want us to sound like every other minor band… what if we got a drum solo? Or we started with just soft vocals, and then at the end we got the harsh vocals?” rambling in thought as he mindlessly painted Taeil’s hair, gentle hands weaving through the millions of strands.
Taeil is laughing until he feels the sudden pull on his scalp, and he whines as he touches the strand of her that was in the hands of his best friend — a traitor! After pulling his hair so hard like that after an innocent comment. But as usual, the taller one of the two forgives the other without even the need of an apology, he just smiles at Mingyu and shrugs a little. “Like you did to your hair that one time you decided to bleach the ends of it?” He chuckles again and prepares himself to have his hair pulled again, a situation he’d only ever enjoy if the hands pulling the blond strands belonged to his beloved boyfriend. But then he stays silent, still, letting his best friend finish what he’s been doing and saying before he can comment on his ideas for their future concert.
“I like how that sounds,” he finally says with a small smile on his lips, eyes closed and body relaxed as he feels the cold substance be applied to his hair, already waiting for it to start to irritate his skin and make him want to pull his hair out. “It’s a very good idea, Min! Do you think we could write something new together? I really like the idea of soft vocals, maybe the only thing playing with the initial lyrics are the drums and we slowly add the strings, and then in the end— SCREAMS! That’d sounds pretty cool in my opinion, I can already see us performing that.” The smile on his lips widen, and he looks at the vocalist of their band through the mirror in front of them. “We should start working on that as soon as we’re done with my hair, what do you think?”

♡ — HAJUN ╱ 𝒽𝓎𝒶𝒸𝒾𝓃𝓉𝒽 !
Originally, Hajun used to be quite shy about staying any later than ten in the evening at Taeil’s shared apartment; he felt it was inappropriate to be there so late. He didn’t want to seem like he had any sort of second intentions by staying so late, but after some insisting and reassuring on Taeil’s part, Hajun reluctantly agreed on sleeping over. Months later into their relationship, he can safely say that sharing a good night’s sleep with his lover was easily one of his most favorite things about their relationship. He loved how his partner’s long limbs wrapped around him, how warm he was to sleep against, and how amusing he looked when he was waking up.
Hearing that ever so familiar groan fight past the other’s lips made Hajun crack a bemused smile, not resisting when he felt those strong arms pull him in closer. “Too early? Baby, the sun is up… we should get up now.” pressing some more gentle kisses upon the sleeping male’s cheeks. Hajun feels so protected and loved when Taeil nuzzles him, he smiles into their tightening embrace and brings a hand up to thread the blond locks of the other, “Let’s get up now, love. How about I make us breakfast? I can make you pancakes.” another gentle kiss. “Waffles? What would you like to eat, my love?” he really hoped that the promise of food would wake up his heavy sleeper. It was a tactic that worked often, it should work today.
Taeil has to agree that there is nothing in the world better than having a long night of sleep next to his boyfriend. Sometimes Hajun felt like a plushie in Taeil’s arms, so soft and soothing, like nothing could ever bother or interrupt them when they were sharing a bed. His dreams were nicer, his sleep was deeper, his body was better rested whenever they slept together, and it was only a reminder that this is what Taeil wants for the rest of his life... He wants Hajun for the rest of his life. He never though of something like when he dated anyone else, but there was something about the other boy that made Taeil want to be with him until the end of times. He likes to believe they were made for each other, fated to be together like that: tangled in a bed every morning.
“Too early,” his low and husky voice tells the other, eyes still closed and arms still tight around Hajun’s body as if it served as a statement that he’s not leaving that bed so soon. The kisses make him smile ever so slightly, and he continues to nuzzle his boyfriend’s neck softly and slowly, not very awake still, but awake enough to know what he wants to do instead of eating breakfast. “No breakfast yet,” the blond groans again, but this time his hands wander down Hajun’s back, stopping right above the hem of his pyjama pants. “I don’t wanna leave the bed yet.” Taeil grumbles again, and his fingertips play with the fabric closest to them, feeling the soft and warm skin underneath. “It’s too early, baby.”
— HANA ╱ 𝒶𝓇𝓉𝑒𝓂𝒾𝓈 !
Hana has never been able to understand herself when it came to dating. It was such a draining concept for her to even think about. You’d think that her parents having the perfect marriage would prompt her to search something like that for herself but it doesn’t. If anything, she strays more away from the idea. Sure, having someone to be there for her, to support her through good and bad time sounds nice but at the same time she doesn’t want the attachment of romanticism. The realization hit her like bolts of lightning. “Taeil there’s a big chance I might be aromantic.” She is turning to him, brow knitting together. Might is the operative word in that sentence. Because she had had a few crushes, boys and girls but not the drive to make a romantic connection. Hana is scratching the back of her head, sighing. “My head is spinning.” She admitted. “This is a topic for another day…”
It wasn’t the time to go over the intricacies of her dating life. Not that she has any. She can enjoy the concept from afar. Seeing Taeil and Hajun happily together is more than enough to satisfied whatever curiosity she may have. And plus, like stated before, there was nothing more important than her career.
“I think our apartment is haunted though.” Dark eyes drifted towards Taeil feigning seriousness in the process. “You know the tenant below us is constantly having seances and is sending ghost to mess with our stuff…” She stopped herself from laughing out loud. It was true that their neighbor bellows was odd, like really odd but she always thought of him as harmless but they can never be too sure about it. Especially whenever she left the apartment complex in the morning and he is always waiting at the bottom of the stares looking at her oddly. It was strange of course but not alarming. “An exorcist sounds like an entertaining idea.”
Hana’s sudden statement makes Taeil look at her with a serious face, an expression of utter surprise since he has not been expecting to hear that from his friend — at least not in a party like that one, without any intent to bring those complicated things up to conversation. But he doesn’t judge her or her statement, he just smiles at her and wraps an arm around her shoulder to give her a reassuring side hug. “That’s totally fine, you nerd.” His voice is gentle and sweet when he speaks, and the smile on his face is warm and welcoming, something that exhales the sentiment of empathy and safety. “We can talk about that another time, or not at all if it’d make you more comfortable. I promise I won’t tease you about dating again, if it bothers you...” And he means it when he says that, as much as he loves teasing and annoying his friends, Taeil knows to respect their boundaries. And Hana is like a sister to him, he’d never do anything that could potentially hurt her.
Taeil himself had a hard time figuring out who he was when he was younger, when he was just a teenager, but he knows that some people took longer to figure out what they’re into, and perhaps Hana is one f those people. After all, love is a difficult matter specially for women, so he doesn’t want to impose anything on her that she’s not happy with.
The serious eyes she looks at him with makes Taeil get a bit more serious too, but soon there’s a smile forming on his lips again when they get back to their supernatural conversation. “You know, I wouldn’t mind if our apartment was haunted by some cool ghosts... Maybe the cleaning type, so it could clean my bedroom for me.” He laughs and squeezes her against his side a little. “But if that scares you, we should definitely seek help... An exorcist, maybe someone that’s experienced with ghosts and spirits, like some soft of medium.”
& * continued from here, for @sxbyllxne — azim & taeil.
“Lost in New York? The streets are numbered.” There was a pause. Azim shoved more noodles into his mouth while listening to his mom explain that just because New York streets were numbered did not mean that she knew how to get to where they were supposed to meet. Despite the fact that he hardly paid attention to his surroundings Azim could proudly say that he never got lost. A tidbit he refrained from telling his mother lest she give him a tongue lashing but he did roll his eyes. “Well I’ll be here waiting for you to find your way. Try using your phone’s GPS, or call me again. Yeah love you too. Bye.” Hanging up the phone Azim chowed down on the rest of his food before speaking again. “Bet five dollars she’ll get lost again and call me.”
Taeil remains silent as his friend speaks on the phone, letting small smiles form on his lips on the little breaks between one bite and another from the sandwich he bought instead of an actual lunch meal like the other had done. It could mean he’d feel hungry again just a few hours later, but he never found a problem in having to make one more food break in between a few songs as the band practiced. Of course it made some of the band members sigh and roll their eyes, but Taeil never paid too much attention to that. “We know she will,” he says and lets out a soft laugh, his smile widens a little bit. “But be patient with her, it might still be confusing even with numbered streets... some people are just not good with numbers in general.”

The smile that appeared over Mingyu’s face when his favorite person stepped into the bathroom disappeared as immediately as it came, “The last candy?” He made a disgruntled expression and shook his head, “Ugh, whatever. Just sit down already.” He had taken the time to bring out some cleaning rags to lay upon the counter, bringing some extras to drape over Taeil’s shoulders to make sure none of the dye dripped down. He took an extra second to run his hand through Taeil’s hair, looking at the darkened roots, “Hm, I guess it has been some time since you retouched it…” turning his attention to the surgery level amount of tools he had upon the counter.
He began to mix the shades into a small cereal bowl he plucked from the kitchen cabinets, huffing softly, “So, you remember the last show we had? I keep thinking about it again and again,” pulling a few strands of hair to test the color. “I was thinking about maybe mixing up the setlist? I feel like it sounds too predictable? What do you think?” Waiting on the color to appear on the test strand, Mingyu grabs the small tube of clear lip balm and begins to apply it along Taeil’s hairline, “I read this is supposed to help keep the dye off your skin, I’ll get it on your ears, too.”
Taeil can’t help but laugh a little when he sees the disappointed look on his best friend’s face, and he shakes his head a few times when he sits down in front of Mingyu to get started with the bleaching of his hair. “Yeah, the last one. You ate them all, you idiot.” He laughs again, smiling brightly at the mirror in front of him as his friend prepares everything to dye his hair — the rags to protect surfaces and also his clothes, everything ready to prevent any stains caused by the bleach. He nods when Mingyu speaks again, and smiles when his friend touches his hair as if he’s an actual hairdresser; the whole situation looked so funny to Taeil, but he trusts Mingyu to do the work for him. “Yeah, it’s been a couple of weeks... It needs to be retouched so badly.”
He nods again as he listens to the other, and hums softly and quietly while thinking about what he has said. “Yeah, I agree with you... We could definitely mix the setlist up, I think the one we have right now has kind of become an automatic thing? We aren’t playing as well as we could, so we should definitely do that. Do you have any ideas? It has to make some kind of sense, too.” Taeil stays still while Mingyu applies balm on his skin, and he giggles a little when he applies the product on his ears. “Alright, alright- I trust you, bro. Do whatever you think is the right thing, I’m sure you’re gonna do a good job.”
♡ — HAJUN ╱ 𝒽𝓎𝒶𝒸𝒾𝓃𝓉𝒽 !
The awkward smile, exactly the cue Hajun was expecting to see. Hajun glances up at the darkened screen, no life coming to it upon being presented to him. He offers Taeil a sympathetic smile, rubbing his thumb on the apple of the taller’s cheek, “Oh, baby…,” in mild amusement, “you should keep it plugged in while you get ready, it’s okay, though. I’m just happy we’re together right now.” closing his eyes and humming softly at the kiss he was given. Taeil was always very open about affection and skinship, and while Hajun is still getting used to it, he can’t help but agree with his stubborn boyfriend that a kiss here and there was rather nice to share.
Always one to flatter, Hajun just shook his head softly at all the compliments he was receiving, “Thank you, but you look so handsome yourself.” bringing his free hand up to feel the material of Taeil’s neptune shirt, “I’ve never seen this ensemble before, did you buy it for tonight?” His train of thought suddenly derailed however, upon seeing the all too painfully familiar wink, “Ugh,” groaning loudly and suddenly bringing both hands to cover Taeil’s face, “Taeil!” he whined loudly and looked away from the blond. He huffed for a moment before rolling his eyes, “Yeah, let’s go take a walk outside.”
The delicate touch on his cheek makes Taeil smile sweetly, eyes closing for a mere second and only enough to let his eyelashes flutter a little, and the way he looks at the man standing in front of him only shows how enamored he is with his boyfriend. “I know,” he says with a whiny sound to his voice, nodding a few times and bringing his hand up to touch Hajun’s hand softly. “But I forgot, and when I noticed it was too late already. I’m sorry, baby.” He pouts slightly and leans a bit closer, pressing soft little kisses on Hajun’s cheek and lips, not ashamed of doing that in public when everyone could be looking at them.
He chuckles after the compliment he hears from the other, and his smile widens a little when he looks down at his own shirt. “Yes, Mingyu helped me choose it! Isn’t it nice, I thought it’d look god for the occasion... You know, this isn’t the right place to wear one of my worn out tank tops.” Taeil laughs and holds Hajun’s hands when they touch his face, a reaction he was already expecting from the moment he winked at his boyfriend — he knows how much Hajun doesn’t like when he does that. “Sorry, my prince! I’m sorry, I couldn’t miss the opportunity... Sorry.” He gives the other another cheek kiss, and holds his hand tightly to lead him outside. “Okay, then let’s go!”
— WILLOW ╱ 𝒹𝒶𝓅𝒽𝓃𝑒 !
willow’s eyes rolled. she couldn’t help it. she knew she was clumsy but she would never admit that to him. she listened and her brows raised. she was intrigued. of course taeil was in a relationship. he always seemed to be.. willow just couldn’t handle the title of being his significant other.. it was a little much for herself. “prettiest flowers we have?” she questioned, walking around from the counter and down one of the isles. “how do you feel about hydrangeas and begonias?” she questioned, pulling out a couple steams for him to look at.
Taeil looks at the flowers she presents to him and even picks them up to take a better look at the colorful and delicate petals, a thoughtful expression on his face as he analyses each one of them with attention and uncertainty. “They’re beautiful,” he tells Willow, and then finally looks at her after a couple more seconds staring at the flowers. “But I think I need something even prettier than this... Do you have more options?” He smiles at her, but it’s not a genuine smile at all — he’s still bitter about what happened in the past, but also happy it didn’t work out.
