I just hate the mystery detective genre. Like the way to get me to not read a fic is having any sort of mystery or like that kind of plot line hATE IT !! CAN'T WRITE IT EITHER LOL!! Genuinely tho how do people find that ship fun not that its unappealing its just that there is so little content considering their dynamic. It also been ages since the book ended so the works must be repetitive especially with how crowded their fandom is. So I donāt really get it š how is it
Oooh Dramione u mean?? Dude the fics are insane like the fics are so fucking insanely good I canāt even describe it!! They also arenāt repetitive and even when they are im like ILL READ IT AGAIN GIVE IT TO ME!!!
It also is a WAYYYYYYY more kinky fandom and that also is part of why it appeals as well I think, like I have always said the EM fandom is so fucking vanilla and especially compared to Dramione or even reylo or darklina! Like idk how much of a fandom veteran u are anon but for some reason i find specific niche couples will absolutely pop off with kinkery!
But at this point I think it has spiralled into like its own verse I genuinely donāt even think of regular Harry Potter verse anymore like I am so immersed in the fan created Dramione verse and the side characters theyāve all run with HAHAHHA!! I see canon stuff and Iām like huh š¤

And every so often I come back and Iām like oooooh but I do truly think the state of the fandom has also contributed abit like no one I started writing with is really around that much anymore š for me my writing community is gone a little bit! I have been writing EM since 2021 DIABOLICAL!! I was around when so many ancient writers were creating the greats! The witch one comes to mind I canāt remember what itās called tho! the anime is also over and so is the manga so Iām not really getting more to work with either which sucks. I have you guys!! Which I love!! But idk the inspo has definitely left me a bit as Iām sure u can tell!!
Thatās probably why Iām so attracted to the Dramione fandom a lot, bc obviously theyāre hot but their fandom is also crazy like they do so many writing events!! And theyāre so fun! I swear like every month thereās new events with prompts and they have discords and all sorts of crazy stuff!! Iāll see tho! I do open all my docs semi often to write a little bit but I have not been successful in finishing anything for yāall unfortunately! So thatās my long answer, short answer I wouldnāt hold my breath for anything!
