When you have to chase the sunlight like that, you realize that a lot of the things around us are fleeting. The warm afternoon fades into the cool night. And if you stay up until morning, without sleep throwing off your sense of time, you will realize that dawn always comes too soon and that queer feeling of being stuck in time during midnight is shattered away like most make-believes we have to eventually let go off growing up.
