i kinda lost inspo for writing imagines (i might try and get back into it, but as of right now i’m kinda uninspired:() but i saw this and i rlly wanted to answer it cuz shifting and spirituality has such a nice place in my heart <333

for me, i like to script surnames for all the characters HAHAH cuz it’s weird to me for them to just have first names especially if ur marrying someone and wanna change ur last name (for me, it’s Alex Mullner , Elliot Taylor, etc mine r kinda basic but obvi u can spice it up!!!)

i like to assign face claims to the villagers cuz it helps me visualize better, but again u don’t have to. i like artbreeder and pinterest for this part

speaking of pinterest, i really like making boards for different things like visuals, outfits, farm house inspo, etc u know

i like to script appearances and cool backstories LMAOO like my mom was from the Gotoro Empire (i don’t remember if this is canon but the fun thing is you can make your own rules in your reality) and so i have a strip of green hair cuz why not ?!!? personally i think it’s fun to add backstories

for me again i like to make it so the kids grow up and actually do something besides just running around and being little shits and that i can have more than two cuz we gonna get that free farm help u feel me?!!?

also Jas and Vincent grow up and so does everyone else duh

Hm i also add my animals don’t die

i gave myself a profession as the town veterinarian cuz it’s what i study IRL and who keeps Marnie’s animals and Alex’s dog healthy? That’s right no one so i had to step up obvi

I pair some of the towns people together for drama (Marnie and Gus?!!? gasp fuck u lewis)

i script who my friends are and who my S/O is and like details about how they act and stuff? like i prevent them from changing my wallpaper cuz fuck off i don’t want planes in my bedroom Harvey

The farmer’s heart raced as they walked into the clinic. No, they weren’t injured or sick. Well, they were sick. Lovesick.

The farmer was in love with the town doctor. And everyone knew but the two of them.

Sure, the pair flirted here and there and everywhere, but nothing was really official. They were what the kids called “talking”. Both interested, neither willing to admit.

But today, the farmer was going to change that. No, they weren’t willing to directly admit it. What did they plan to do, you ask?

They wrote “Will you go on a date with me?” on a coffee cup, with no cream but plenty of sugar (just how Doc likes it). Of course, they also brought some for themself and Maru, they weren’t rude.

The farmer gently knocked on the clinic door before walking in. Harvey was no where to be seen from the waiting room, but Maru was behind the counter.

“Oh hey Farmer Y/N!” She smiled at them. “Do you need something?”

“Uh, kind of. I’m not hurt or anything though. Just need to talk to Harvey-uh, Doctor Harvey. Oh, I also brought you some coffee.” The farmer rubbed their hands together nervously before quickly going into the bathroom.

Maru shrugged at their odd behavior, but quickly turned back to the computer. Glancing down, she saw the three coffee cups the farmer had brought in. Without careful consideration, Maru grabbed a cup she assumed to be hers. After all, they didn’t specify, so it probably didn’t matter, right?

“Alright Alex, you look healthy as can be. Except, I don’t think you should be consuming as much protein powder as you do,” Harvey laughed and slapped Alex on the back before sending him out the door.

“Oh, who brought coffees?” Harvey asked, right as the farmer walked out of the bathroom, post anxiety pee.

“Farmer Y/N did!” Maru smiles and took another sip of hers. As she lifted the cup, the farmer recognized their sloppy handwriting on Maru’s cup.

“Maru! That’s not for you!” They instinctively jumped to grab the cup, which somehow ended with the farmer drenched in coffee. Hot coffee.

“Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t think it mattered!” I’ll go, uh look for towels.” Maru said, before running to grab some paper towels.

“This...was supposed to be for you,” The farmer bashfully shoved the cup into Harvey’s face.

“Why did it-Ohh,” Harvey spun the cup around to read the message left for him.

“I’m so sorry for making a mess in the clinic and causing a ruckus and-”

“It’s okay! I never thought you’d ask, to be honest.” Harvey smiled softly at the very red farmer.

“What I meant to say is, yes, I will go on a date with you, Y/N.”

The pair smiled at each other, the farmer forgetting the coffee covering them, and Harvey forgetting about his work for the rest of the day.

also brings some chips or something and water

his favorite spot is probably the beach

once you two are done eating, he WILL make you play gridball with him

also evelyn would make him bring some of her famous chocolate chip cookies to share

he’d bring a salad, with chicken or one of those cranberry-walnut salads

and fresh pomegranate seeds and maybe a lil wine
