Hi! I'm Sunny, but you can also call me Settz to avoid confusion if you'd like!
I'm a self-taught artist who loves video games, animation, books, fanfics, and so much more! This blog is multi-fandom, but I am currently hyperfixating on Omori.
This pinned post will be updated as needed, so feel free to always check back here!
Here for my art? You can find it with the #my art tag. My sillier, messier, and/or more experimental little doodles also have the #sunny sketches tag.
Want to send me asks? Go for it! The inbox is open! You can find all of my responses with the #sunny answers tag.
Here for my AUs? Here's a list of them and their tags!
Omori AUs
Shadow Omori AU - #shadow omori au
After the game's good ending, Omori gets a new role as Sunny's shadow... literally. (Want a bit more of an in depth explanation? Check this post, or check the tag.)
Guiding Spirits AU - #guiding spirits au
The main Omori cast are all spirit guides that help humans with things such as hope, love, memories, health, etc. (For a much more in depth explanation, check this post, or check the tag.)
It’s been a while since I practiced any puppet animation. I should really do more of them. They’re a lot of fun, and I still have so much to learn. I honestly struggled with this one a bit, especially the hair, but it was cool to try some something I'm not used to doing.
Both of the assistants are now here! Since I added Omori to the chibi lineup last time, I figured Stranger was the obvious next choice. I really want to share more about him in this AU at some point, but that will have to happen later.
Can you believe it’s already been a little over a week since I posted the first comic for this AU? I knew I wanted to add Omori to the chibi lineup next since I got to share some more of his lore.
Fun fact about Omori in this AU: his spiritual form actually changes color depending on his mood, and his soul in Sunny’s lantern also changes color to match it. The colors and the moods associated with them match the ones in the game (yellow = happy, blue = sad, etc.). I actually had the idea for that after I finished Sunny’s character sheet for the AU. The original plan was for the lantern’s light to match the red light through the windows in some of the Sunny sections of the game. That’s why, the lantern’s light is red in the character sheet but white in most other appearances.
Drawing in the Omori art style is something I’m definitely not used to, but it was a lot of fun to try! (To be honest, though, drawing Mewo was the hardest part for me. Drawing cats is hard. ✍️🫠)
The Spirit of Hope’s first assignment… didn’t go the way he thought it would.
Please read from left to right! (Warning: this comic contains blood, blades, and implied death! Please proceed with caution!)
I mentioned Sunny’s first assignment briefly in the character sheets, but I’ve really wanted to expand on it a bit more. I also wanted to show something important to this AU’s lore: the Spirits’ Tree.
The Spirits’ Tree is something I’ve brought up in a Tumblr post in the past (but I originally had it under a different name). In case you didn’t see the post, someone had asked how spirits become guides in this AU, and the answer is that the Spirits’ Tree selects them when they are “ready”. No one knows what the deciding factor is, but it is considered a rare and great honor for a spirit to become a guide. Spirits are not guaranteed to become guides. In fact, most never become one.
If you’ve watched the movie Rise of the Guardians, you can think of the Spirits’ Tree like the Man in the Moon. It doesn’t really “speak”, but spirits can understand its intentions. It’s the leader of the spirits, and while it always seems to have some grand plan, the Spirits’ Tree rarely offers clear answers about things. Was Sunny arriving too late to his first assignment a part of the Spirits’ Tree’s plan? Hmmm…
This started as me wanting to try drawing Sunny’s wings in a new way (because I really want to get better at drawing wings), and it somehow turned into me practicing a different way of coloring / rendering. I had a lot of fun with this one. It was very experimental for me, but I’m really happy with how it came out.
Hero will be in the middle of some kinda conversation with whoever he got assigned to, and then he sees one dem gacha thingies and his hyperfixation on trinkets activates.
Kel tried to bit Aubrey's horns at least once. Why? Idk man its Kel it could be for any reason. Also when he's hungry, you can tell cause he nibbles on someone's wings. :]
Omori (From Shadow Omori) likes Origami, and actually made the image you see in the OST videos one time with their friends in Headspace. They have a replica of it in Sunny's room, as well as origami versions off all his favorite Headspace characters.
Shadow!Sunny sharpens sticks on the sidewalk, and has a collection of cool sticks that he sharpened. :]
Asks:
To Spirit Omori, what's the best prank you've done?
To Basil, what's your favorite flower or plant?
To Kel: (*Lobs a box of YuGiOh card packs at the goober.) I know you'll be staring at those for hours lol.
To Shadow!Omori: Give on of Sunny's friends a heart attack by making Sunny "levitate". >:]
To Shadow!Sunny: If you had to be friends with one of either the PHOBIAS or the SOMETHINGS, who would you befriend?
Omg yay more things! :D Thank you so much for sharing!
Headcanons:
I'm assuming you mean a tamagotchi, and let's just say Hero got banned from having a tamagotchi pretty quickly. Even if he'd never let it get in the way of his work, it's just too distracting for him, even when he's not actively busy.
I don't know how often Kel would bite someone else's wings or horns. I mean, that would be the same thing as biting someone's hand or something. Kel may not always have the best concept of personal space, but he's not just gonna bite people like that.
I could definitely see Omori liking origami! The idea of them having that replica omg!! :0 It's bittersweet for both Sunny and Omori to see it. For Sunny, despite working past his need for Headspace, he does still miss it to some degree at times (even if he knows he shouldn't), and for Omori... his life in Headspace was the only life he'd really known before this. And, while he can still visit Headspace, it's not the same when he's all alone there. After all, Sunny refuses to go there with him (which is for the best, he knows), and everyone else... is gone.
Sunny and Omori probably have a mini competition on who has contributed the best stick to their collection. Omori definitely encourages this game for multiple reasons. Not only is it just silly and fun, but it encourages Sunny to go outside more.

Guiding Spirits
The spirit guides are very professional. Trust me.
I don't know much about flowers or flower language, unfortunately, so I'm sorry if I get anything flower related wrong.
He did, in fact, stare at them for hours.
(I also don't know anything about YuGiOh. I've never played it before.)
Shadow Omori AU
Omori wasn't going to do something like that anyway... right?
Sorry this one’s a little late. I was a lot busier than I expected to be, so I didn’t have as much time to work on this one as I would have liked. That said, this one was really rushed. I still learned a lot, though, like how I need to practice animating long hair more. I was really struggling with it.
