I've updated the wiki's season 18 page with the new information listed on the futon critic, most notably that:

we are getting two episodes per week (just as we did for season 15)

they are seemingly airing in the original production order, as 18x02 has been confirmed to be the second episode to air

this indicates a significant focus on continuity for at least the first three episodes (as the end of the script for 18x02 leads into the next episode)

By comparison, season 17, which was already quite heavy on smaller continuity through the episodes, shuffled the Abbott Elementary crossover episode and Frank is in a Coma to serve as the premiere, but were originally intended as 17x05 and 17x07 respectively (the former was meant to come after Thought Leadership, obviously creating some slight oddities with timeline + continuity regarding their Cybertruck scheme and resulting community service work). I would bet that this season is frontloaded with a multipart episode not dissimilar to 15's Ireland arc, and I doubt we'll see many episodes, if any, shuffled around.
