why choose social media?
According to Wikipedia, “social media is the interaction among people in which they create, share or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks”. In brief, people who comes from all over the world can talk with each other and make friends through social media. People find interesting thing through social media, and company also can get more customers through social media. There are various social media tools can be chosen, such as, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Youku, Tumblr, Photobucket, Sina Weibo, and Renren. Social media marketing involves finding target audience, sharing videos, publishing articles, and writing white papers and e-books. There are some specific information about Photobucket, Tumblr, and Sina Weibo.
Firstly, I want to talk something about Photobucket. Photobucket is a very popular website, it has around 0.5 billion users all over the world now. There are over 2.8 billion images have been uploaded to Photobucket. We can share pictures, videos and make up slides in Photobucket. Secondly, I am willing to talk something about Tumblr. Tumblr is a micro-blogging platform and social networking website. We can post multimedia and other content to a short-form blog on tumblr. We can follow other users’ blogs, as well as make their blogs private. It is really a very interesting thing. The last but not least, Sina Weibo is my favorite social media.It is very easy for everybody, and it is very popular by young people. We are allowed to write words, upload pictures and post the link of videos on Sina Weibo.
