He had to stop before looking over his shoulder and giving a sigh. Either that woman was delusional or she was just saying that. “I suppose you’re talking to someone else, then?”

:: Oh, so she did catch someone’s attention. Good, good. At his question, the grin on her face grew ever so slightly. "No, I was talkin’ to you, handsome~"

Albert could only stare for a moment before giving a sigh and chuckling a bit. It sounded a lot like she did before.. which was curious. Upon him looking correctly, he could see it wasn't her.. but a mysterious young woman.

"Praytell, then.. why do you think so? This outfit is.. plain."

Emilia wasn’t really up to eating lunch with her friends so when the person had just said something, out of the blue, she looked over, a piece of eggroll in her mouth. “..Eating alone?”

:: Eating huh? By herself? Boooooring. Besides, who ate by themselves, anyway? Sounded a bit sketchy to her. "What, you a loner or somethin’? Didn’t want to hang out with anyone?"

Emilia gave a sigh as she swallowed what little of the eggroll she had in her mouth. Looking back to the person, she shook her head. "Is it wrong to want to be alone for a bit? I'm.. not really feeling sociable today."

It was bad enough he’d been separated from Jenny when she decided to go on the model shoot without telling him, but worse when she never even called or anything. This was when he was getting frustrated and worried, even though he never let it show on his face. A good bodyguard never let any emotion show on their faces, correct?

So, he’d gone off on his own to find her and get her home safely. Rosa was getting worried and, to be frank, he was too. It wasn’t like him to be separated from her for this long but, however, he had no other choice. He grumbled a couple of times before coming to a stop, noting that there was someone out here alone.

Not everyone knew of this path.. so why?

Butler didn’t take any chances. He walked up to the man, a frown on his face.

"I have a question for you."

:: Xak only slightly turned his head, at least acknowledging the fact that he heard the male. Not that particularly cared to hear what the question was nor did he really feel like concerning himself with what he wanted.

His eyes narrowed ever so slightly, almost staring down at the man, but decided to humor him for now.

"What?"

So he decided to talk to him. Good. Perhaps Butler could get some information on where Jenny went so he could protect her as best as he could, as it was in his job description. He wasn't deterred by the man's glare and just frowned.

"I'm looking for a young woman. Brown hair, almost golden eyes with a slight problem talking to people. It's important that I find her."

She supposed that she could go out and get a latte instead of having the maids do it for her. But all the useless spending she would be doing was making her think twice on it. Rosa frowned slightly as she came across a man who seemed to be talking to herself. Instead of commenting, though, she simply stood there and frowned a bit.

What a jerk.

   ::♛:: He felt the presence as soon as it came into his area of awareness. Lips pursing, Nathaniel only glanced in the general direction where the person was, noting that it was merely a woman and not something worth his attention.

   He had to wait for his ward to arrive, less he march up to her room and drag her down so they could be on their way.

And why, exactly, was he ignoring her? She decided to walk closer, giving a small chuckle as she did so. What an arrogant jerk this was.. and maybe, just maybe, he'd be easy to irritate. After all, it wasn't as if she cared about this man whatsoever.

"What a sour look."

Meril had been wandering about, looking for any leads as to where Jenny had gone this time. She had heard that the model was in Japan at the moment, on a shoot, but Meril wasn’t a big fan of media tabloids saying where her friend was. So she wanted to find out for herself.

She hadn’t factored in someone coming up behind her and yelling, which shocked her and made her shriek, tearing up a little bit.

"A-aahhh! Please don’t hurt me!"

:: She giggled again, swaying slightly as she waited for the person to calm down a bit or at least, wait until their heart attack was over before she finally let out a final laugh and said, "I’m not going to hurt you! I just wanted to see if I could get you!!"

Which she had, so this was a success!!

Meril didn't think it was funny. Getting up, she dusted off her skirt and wiped her eyes. Why did people think scaring her was funny? It wasn't like she.. she was something to be laughed at! "...Mm.. then please.. stop laughing.. please.." Meril whimpered.

"I-It's not funny.."

So I spent the entirety of last night after finishing drafts working on profiles for the characters. Thank Xel for that. It was only supposed to be Jenny and Butler.

   ::♛:: It was the mere fact that she was running late that aggravated him. He found that his duties to be her so-called ‘caretaker’ pointless and redundant, but he was stuck with them. It just gave him another reason to despise her. "Perhaps she died in her sleep. It would lessen my burden if she did."

:: While he had managed a few hours, Boss still has to use his wheelchair to get around when his legs felt weak. It had taken a whole month to regain some sort of feeling in his legs. It had taken those months after to finally become mobile, but it still took its toll. 

Not to mention his first power was on the fritz, for whatever reason. No one had quite be able to figure it out, but it was the main reason he kept his eyepatch off. No sense in wearing it when he didn’t need it.

Stopping his chair, he took a moment. "Five months, huh? Still so much left to do before things can be even considered normal…" Life was just a bit tough now and days.

She'd been confused as of late, and her job was getting more and more demanding at the minute. Jenny had finally escaped, though, and ran off towards the local hotel in the area she was staying at. Being in a foreign country was awkward at best, especially when you didn't know the local language.

Having took a wrong turn, the model winced a bit and looked around for someone to help. Damn, why did this always happen when she didn't want it to? Just her luck. She'd end up in some weird area and get hurt badly..

That is, up until she noticed someone in a wheelchair. Curiosity had her blinking a couple times and slowly walking up behind the other. "Um.. excuse me.. but.. I think I lost my way to the hotel.." Jenny said, fidgeting slightly. If this turned out to be some sort of bad joke, she'd just scream.

:: Giggling, Hanna found her eyes wandering before they settled on someone. The smile stayed on her face as she slowly made her way over to the person, unsure who exactly it was since she still has those memory problems. However, that didn’t stop her from being sneaky and coming up behind the person and yelling, "Boo!!"

As the days turning into months, Xak had always considered leaving, but Yuli had been firm about her own decision; she was staying and that was where the problem came in. He couldn’t leave with out her and it frustrated him. 

It’s why Xak found himself becoming more sullen. As much as he was grateful to the Underground and even the Order, that attack had awaken a part of him that gave him worry. Who was he really?
