there are characters for whom “poor little meow meow” doesn’t quite cut it. To me he’s like a traumatized pit bull mix with a bite history and I’m the white girl with a savior complex trying to stop them from putting him down

For God so loved the world
"Gen V season 2, the latest entry in The Boys universe, wrapped up and it was revealed that the main mastermind behind the show was none other than Sister Sage, the mastermind behind Season 4 of The Boys. Unfortunately, just like how stupid it was there, here her plan is also completely dumb, and here's why" - Loomar
"The Boys Season 4 has finally wrapped up, and the continuous decline of the show is on full display here. One of the worst aspects of this season has been the character of Sister Sage, Homelander's advisor and smartest person in the world who unfortunately is written by people who can't write smartly" - Loomar
"The Boys is a black comedy superhero drama taking a look at how the modern day would be like if super powered individuals existed, seeing how such power would lead to disaster and injustice in the world. In this video we'll be looking at episode 5, where we once again have to deal with a bunch of filler and we finally learn the amazing plan Sage has been cooking up" - Loomar
"This is the end of the series. I waited until the end to discuss the weak messaging and pandering The Boys have done this season. Do enjoy and please tell me how terrible I am for having these opinions!" - Generation Offended
"The Boys is a black comedy superhero drama taking a look at how the modern day would be like if super powered individuals existed, seeing how such power would lead to disaster and injustice in the world. In this video we'll be looking at Gen V Season 2, and the massive disjointed mess that is the script," - Loomar
"The Boys is a black comedy superhero drama taking a look at how the modern day would be like if super powered individuals existed, seeing how such power would lead to disaster and injustice in the world. Here's Gen V season 2, the second season of a spin off show that really is just a bland product" - Loomar
"The Boys is a black comedy superhero drama taking a look at how the modern day would be like if super powered individuals existed, seeing how such power would lead to disaster and injustice in the world. In this video we'll be looking at season 1 of Gen V, the first major spinoff for the franchise, and how despite all the potential of a new location, settings and characters, the show doesn't manage to be anything above mediocre at best, absolutely terrible at worst" - Loomar
"The Boys is a black comedy superhero drama taking a look at how the modern day would be like if super powered individuals existed, seeing how such power would lead to disaster and injustice in the world. In this video we'll be looking at season 4, released back in 2024, and how it completely and utterly fails in nearly every way from a writing standpoint, with the showrunner Erik Kripke showing his desire to turn the show into a political mouthpiece full of depraved jokes instead of doing right by the franchise" - Loomar
"The last season of The Boys continues to be bad and stupid and dumb..." - Davey Gravy
i cannot believe this is what we lost as the show went on..... i always say that the world of the boys paradoxically got smaller as the show continued and got more budget, mainly because it started to focus on just the interpersonal drama between the characters. the whole universe of superheroes being corrupt celebrities upheld by corporations and governments isnt the focus anymore, its either ryan-drama or some other relationship-drama but the setting doesnt even matter anymore. nobody cares about the vought shenanigans its only ever about stopping HL or neuman.... this idea was so fresh and portrayed pretty well for a first season of the show and now its GONE AND FORGOTTEN!!!!!!!
Some stylized face refs for myself. I'll do more later. I just needed to do these so I stop struggling and changing how I draw them
