I hope my site is able to improve your investment returns. Why you say. Because a pole was taken of the public and when asked what do they plan for their retirement a majority said buy lottery tickets. Buying lottery tickets other than just for fun is a waste of time and money. A bad bet. Clearly there is a need for good advice on retirement and investing. With the right advice even someone making minimum wage can save and retire well off. Think about that. Doing the right thing actually pays off. Literally.

I have over 40 years of investment experience and do pretty well. I am an inactive California CPA and graduated with honors. I read investment books and follow the stock market for fun. It is my way of giving back to my friends and the world.

As I have gotten older I have come to find my voice on things. The recent tragedy on the subway in NY comes to mind. I am saddened by the young mans death but I think it was unavoidable. If you have mental illness and act out causing violent behavior to others. You are a danger to yourself and others. The very definition of mental illness. When you act out to cause harm and threaten the lives of others deadly force can and will be used to subdue the situation. It is not a black issue or a white issue but an issue we all must face. Same Same No Difference!

I hate endlessly going over the same subject and making the same points. As I have said before and will say again the Federal Reserve will raise the interest rate to at least 7%. I have said this for many months. Inflation is at 4% not 2%. Interest rate is currently at 5%. They predict two more raises. I think they are wrong. You do as you want of course. I like saying that like I gave you permission. Cellphone and cellphone service are getting cheaper. Nobody talks on the phone any more.
