Product of a one-night-stand, the Puckerman triplets grew up in a very unstable household. With the mother taking care of their every need and their father harassing her for money, a roof to live under, and sex, Momma Puckerman was stressed beyond belief. It was difficult to raise triplets, let alone triplets who would soon develop powers they could not predict. Luckily for Iris’ mother, she wasn’t as much of a problem growing up. She was more reserved as a child, and didn’t want to cause her mother any more stress than she had to deal with. Instead, she was just more of a side kick to her brothers, and the girl on the playground people were to afraid to speak to.
It wasn’t until she became more comfortable with herself that Iris started to come out of her shell. With her powers starting to develop, Iris felt more comfortable. It took a very long while, in fact a year later than most kids her age, but Iris knew how to control her powers. She couldn’t do much, but thankfully her years at The Academy helped her understand Portal Creation. There, she grew to become more of the goofy girl who enjoyed giving people a good laugh. She did put on a “clueless” façade but her desire to be adventurous and daring kept others from thinking she was a total waste of space. She took risk others weren’t willing to take and enjoyed living life fearlessly. You could say she felt as if she had not a lot to lose. Her time at the Academy was spent skillfully avoiding trouble… though she was mostly out causing trouble.
After leaving the Academy, you could say Iris was thankful and got the hell away from there as soon as the last bell rang. She didn’t see much of her family for a while, and soon enough she didn’t seem them at all. She didn’t find any interest in the whole organization the “super hero/villain community” had arranged. Instead of choosing a side, Iris avoided it all in general and traveled. Just her, her motorcycle and backpack full of tricks. Not like she need to pack much. She could literally enter a door and be in her room in Texas all the way from Italy. While traveling, Iris experimented: with drugs, alcohol, sex, languages.. everything. She was the kind of girl who enjoyed trying new things. Until recently, Iris had developed a bit of a problem with drugs and alcohol. Though, no one exactly knows why. Not even her brothers whom she hasn’t spoken to in a year.
Sullivan was bitter. He’d always been bitter, and ready with an indifferent comment to throw at anyone who was unfortunate enough to catch him in a bad mood, which, unfortunately, was most (if not all) of the time. Nothing ever seemed to make him happy; the boy’s face never had a real smile on it, ever. He hated the world, and as far as he knew, the world hated him back. No one ever understood how it happened, but it happened, and he didn’t care. It was just who he became and who he was, and he didn’t have any reason to explain himself.
Ever since he was young, he’d had trust issues. Mainly with his family. He wasn’t sure why, but for some strange reason, Sullivan always felt as though his mother and father were keeping secrets from him. From everyone. Of course, most people explained this away with his paranoia. More specifically, he wanted to know why he always felt so estranged from his “cousin”. He never quite understood why her personality had begun to change, but she grew distant, their relationship grew strained. But Sullivan, the one who considered himself the rock-hard, solid foundation of the Hummel family, didn’t question it. If she didn’t want to be a part of their lives, he wasn’t going to push himself. After all, didn’t everyone have cousins they were close to in their childhoods and drifted apart for some reason or another? Still, it didn’t seem right, and to this day he still wonders.
Burt and Elizabeth grew increasingly worried when Sullivan took a long time in maturing into his powers so late in his teens. He was sixteen when they first started to take form, which was definitely slightly later than most other young supers. His temper was at the boiling point, as usual, and when he experienced a particular burst of emotion, right when he was about to yell, all the lights on the entire block of houses they were currently living on blew out without warning, casting them in complete darkness. When Burt and Elizabeth went to look for the source of the outage, they could find none – the circuits were fine, but the actual lightbulbs themselves had completely blown out. They were overjoyed to conclude that the phenomenon was caused by none other than their oldest son, and spend the remainder of his teens training him at home.
It came as no surprise whatsoever when Sullivan was given a top-of-the-line job at the Government when he finished with his extensive training. Most of his friends and family thought it was an amazing idea – and were glad that he wasn’t getting mixed in with the rebel crowd. And Sullivan wasn’t one not to follow the rules, either. He’d seen what happened to people who didn’t, after all. And it wasn’t as though he disagreed with Government policies, anyway. Now, he’s one of the Government’s top emissaries, and remains completely unaware of the lengths the Government will go to keep the rebels in line.
The rebel forces were just trying to body swap a few people, get some men into government territory...but things went wrong. Instead, the swap went a little out of control, leaving systems vulnerable and leaving people confused and in the wrong place.
This body swap will start on Wednesday at 12 PM EST, and end Sunday at the same time. Below are who they are swapped with. If you need help finding gif hunts, feel free to message the main,
Physical powers will stay with the body (super strength, manipulations, generation, ect) but mental powers (psychic abilities, telepathy, ect) will be swapped over. Do your best judgment to decide which is which, and message the main with any questions.
We are currently planning an event. If you want to take place in said event, please be sure to post! The event will be released on Monday, and anyone who doesn't post by then will not be included! Chandler was born out of love, just after her eldest sister. Chandler was always the typical middle child. She grew up constantly feeling as though her family were superior to her, as though she’d been born into the wrong family. Her family all seemed to be so talented and personable, while it was apparent from a young age that Chandler wasn’t. She was close to tone deaf, and more socially awkward than any of the other kids on the playground. Of course, Chandler loved her family and they loved her in return. Her fathers loved her dearly, despite the fact that they had trouble connecting with her. Everyone had trouble connecting with Chandler, and Chandler returned the favor quite well. She spent much of her spare time trying to figure out why people reacted the way they did to certain things. At the age of only seven she would be confused watching cartoons, and not understand why a certain character would react so intensely over something so small. Chandler had never made friends easily. She wasn’t bullied, per say, but she was ignored. She preferred it that way. Her favorite way to spend time on the play dates her fathers forced her into was ignoring the other children and reading a book.
Despite all of her faults, Chandler was always seen as smart. She learned to read faster than her siblings, and faster than most children her age. Her fathers loved to tell her how bright she was, but she didn’t know how to take such compliments. She fell into the world of books rather than friends, devouring them. She started sneaking her father’s romance novels at an entirely too young age, reading them under the covers late into the night. They might have not been appropriate, but that wasn’t why Chandler read them. She loved the romance and love aspects of it all. She always felt quite passionately as though she could never fall in love. She didn’t have the romance or passion that seemed to be required from all of these heroines. But there was nothing in the world that Chandler loved more than reading about love. She wanted nothing more than to fully understand what these people were feeling…but she couldn’t. Something in her brain didn’t connect. She didn’t have crushes on any of the boys (or girls) that her father set her up with play dates on. But, God, she loved to read about it.
It wasn’t just reading, though. Chandler also excelled in math, history, and all of the other courses that her father taught her. Her parents believed firmly that they should educate her the same way you would any normal human child. Chandler continued to live like a normal child, and as she grew older she started to believe that she would never develop her powers, and could live just like a normal. Until one day, she finally found that romance she’d been looking for. At the age of ten she met the neighbor. He was incredibly kind and sweet normal boy by the name of David, and he and Chandler became fast friends. Chandler had a crush on him, but never told him or anyone. He was her first friend, and Chandler had read enough romance novels to know that telling your friend that you like them can often times ruin a friendship if they don’t return the favor.
He and Chandler remained friends, even as her deadline came up: she was fourteen years old, she was supposed to have developed her powers by this time. Instead, she spent much of her time with David, playing and frolicking in the way that normals did. On Chandler’s fourteenth birthday, David was killed. Chandler would later find out that the government did it as a way to trigger her powers. And trigger her powers it did. Chandler sent of a psionic blast so powerful that her father fell into a coma; it lasted only a few months, but the deed was done. Having injured her father, Chandler herself fell into depression. But it was off to The Academy nonetheless.
Chandler was one of The Academy’s brightest students, certainly the brightest in the year. In her sophmore year her secondary power was discovered, and she was no longer allowed to be considered top of class. Chandler didn’t mind. She’d rather stay under the radar. After she graduated, she did what all good girls and boys did: she went to college. Chandler was accepted to Harvard, and glad to be away from her family. It wasnt’ as though she didn’t love her family, but she knew she was better off alone. Chandler ignored the war brewing, diving into her studies. She never told anyone about her true alliance, she one she’d known since her best friend was killed. Instead, Chandler kept this all to herself, gathering information. She knew that the government was too powerful to go against, but hoped in vain that someday she might gather enough information to take them down from the inside.
Now, Chandler has graduated, and while she was going to continue with school she’s felt something pulling her towards California. She’s not sure if it’s her psychic abilities or the sudden crave of bloodshed, but either way she’s never been one to suppress an urge.

Despite being raised by a normal couple with no powers, Rachel’s fathers gave her every opportunity to be exactly who she wanted. As a child, they didn’t place much emphasis on her superpowers - whatever they may be - instead cultivating her love of music and performing. As soon as she was able, Rachel was trying to sing along to the songs her fathers played around the house, dancing along to the videos she watched on television. She loved the attention they gave her as she tried to learn rhythm, often trying to receive the same affections from her sisters. Sadly, they didn’t feed into it as readily as her fathers did, causing some of Rachel’s earliest outbursts and dramatic tendencies. If there was one thing Rachel hated, it was being ignored. For their lack of affections toward her, she would grant them the same courtesy - severing her loving ties to them until they learned the error of their ways.
Compared to her peers in school and at her ballet and acting lessons, Rachel could be incredibly pushy and upfront. She thrived on praise, compliments, and victory in general, unconcerned with the feelings of whoever she had to knock down from the current spotlight. Although she would compete with every fiber of her being, Rachel much preferred to find ways to completely extradite her competitors behind the scenes. In all seriousness, the girl was hardly someone with a good moral center considering how she rarely ever felt her actions were uncalled for no matter how much damage she might have caused to the innocent child.
If there was one thing Rachel hated more than being ignored, it was the sight of someone else in the spotlight, stealing her praises. Selfish and self-centered, Rachel believed she was a gold star in the making, ready to one day burst and be discovered, adored by the public. Anyone who managed to block her path to stardom only managed to have their name added to her list of enemies.
The discovery of her power came to be the most rewarding day of Rachel’s young life. She had been practicing for an upcoming audition in the community theater when, suddenly, her octave began to shift. Normally a soprano, Rachel was now singing the role of an alto, something she had always hoped to see if she could achieve. After hiding from the rest of the company in the confines of her sound-proof walls in her bedroom, she started testing out this new ability. She could hit high soprano notes with ease, as clear as bell, and could growl like an animal or make her voice seem menacing without straining herself. With this new weapon in her arsenal, the young woman’s mind began to turn with all the possibilities.
But first, she had to attend the The Academy, her sisters right alongside her, metaphorically speaking at least. Despite attending with them, still living with them, and calling them family, they certainly didn’t act in such a manner. Some moments this feeling of neglect and sadness would hit Rachel because of her lack of relationship with them, but she wouldn’t allow the sensation to stay. Instead she planned how to further her career as a stage actress — maybe go into television or film one day; the sky was truly the limit — during her time at the Academy and after graduation. Big dreams needed a hefty amount of planning, naturally. Yet again, she would audition for every production performed both at school and in the community, finding ways to rid her competition without becoming caught. If she learned of someone fearing a certain animal, Rachel would imitate their most menacing sounds then unleash it on her competition at various points until they cracked. She was the picture of support and apologies when they would pull out, but inside she was beaming with delight.
After graduating with the grades to satisfy herself and a scholarship to TISCH, Rachel was quick to leave her home, intending to burst on the scene and become the next new talent. While studying, she would audition for roles wherever possible — school productions and more off-Broadway productions alike — as was encouraged to every student. However, getting called back for those auditions was the hardest task Rachel had ever done. No matter how much she manipulated her voice, those casting directors could never appreciate or understand her talent or her versatility.
The rejection made no sense to Rachel, but it also angered her to a point where she began to look for ways to get rid of her biggest competitors. She’d pretend to befriend them at school if they attended, but mostly at dance lessons and while waiting for their turns at casting calls. She learned their biggest fears and weaknesses, forming plans in her head to deflate their spirits and scare them into dropping out long enough to make her the star. Although she was outwardly sympathetic as they slowly began to fall off the auditioning circuit, Rachel honestly didn’t care about any of them. Her real joy was to see them croak and fail in front of casting directors and watch their tears fall in the bathroom over their humiliation.
Keeping this up until she graduated college, Rachel hardly paid attention to the government and subsequent rebellion from different supers. It was unimportant to her quest for stardom, although that was still in the pits in all seriousness. The closest she got to a ‘leading role’, so to speak, was becoming the understudy of a supporting actress in a revival musical. Yet somehow the main actress seemed practically immune to Rachel’s attempts at sabotage. Finally cracking two years after graduation, she stormed back to California, wondering if the performance circuit would be more receptive to her there. She caught up on the story of the Government and the Rebellion, but chose to still stay out of it. Instead, she continues to take out her anger on her competition, but now includes any random person she runs into who angers her in some way. Whether it be she’s jealous of their voice or their looks, or she’s simply in a bad mood, one can never tell, not even Rachel herself.
