Who are we? Consider us a new division of SHIELD. In light of the recent tragedy that took place in Stamford, the Superhuman Registration Act has been passed into law. All powered individual, based within the USA, are now legally required to submit themselves for registration. Those who do not comply with this Act will be arrested and detained until they cooperate. PSA: Hi, I'm not dead...

Firstly, and most importantly, I want to apologise to you all for falling off the face of the earth on this account. I am the queen of procrastination, and unfortunately you've all gotten a fantastic example of how skilled I am in that department.

I got caught up with moving back to Ireland, and then a break up and then looking for a new job, and now back to college.

Sorry guys - really.

I've spent the last day or so trying to figure out what password I had put on this account ... it was stupidly simple in the end. I remembered it the second I reset the password :/

Anyhow, again, sorry. 

I want to try and inject some life back into this plot, we had some pretty angsty and good things going for a while there. As usual, any questions or suggestions, my askbox is always open :)

Civil War: Arrest Warrants

The following individuals are wanted for questioning, in regards to their violations of the Superhuman Registration Act:

Clint Barton

Barbara Morse

James Rhodes

Alexei Shostakov

Jonathan Storm

Clint Barton

All those who possess superhuman abilities or powers, and who have not registered are now in violation of this law. Members of the public are urged to help their local authorities with ensuring this act is enforced. If you have information regarding an unregistered powered-individual, a hotline has been set up to take your calls.

The public are reminded that this Act is compulsory for all powered-individuals based within the United States of America, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity. Aiding an unregistered individual is also an offence.

So, I have about twenty one names, so I'm thinking I'm going to pick out about five or six for the arrest thing. That sound okay with everyone?

Okay, for this random arrest thingy, I'm going to include all who are either Anti or Undecided.

Not to sound draconian, but if you don't support the act, then by definition you oppose. SHIELD and the powers-that-be don't acknowledge the grey area :)

If you don't want your character to be included in the draw, just send me a message - there's no problem whatsoever. Also, Steve's won't be in the draw, I don't think it'd be a bright tactic to go after him first, when this is meant as a show of power/warning to the antis :)

I'm thinking of issuing arrest warrants for a couple of the antis, though not Rogers just yet. What do you guys think?

The urls will be chosen randomly (the age old tradition of paper slips and a container), and will be passed on to the Pro group for them to apprehend/interrogate/incarcerate them. I don't want to god-mod, so do you think that sounds okay?

Incarceration won't be permanent (unless that's what you prefer) and if you're one of the unlucky few to end up there, you're free to organise your own escape ploy :)
