Well, well, well, will you look at that? It’s Pride again.

You know the drill by now. It’s June 1, and suddenly everything from banks to big box stores has slapped a rainbow on their logo. Rainbow capitalism knows how to target LGBTQIA+ customers. For exactly 30 days of the year. How quaint.

Of course, it’s nice to make things bright, and colorful, and pretty. But it’s meaningless if that’s all it is.

Pride should be about uplifting and celebrating you, the community. And it should be year-round, not just 8.22% of the year. So, we’re signal-boosting your posts that celebrate, support, and honor all genders and sexualities over here. Follow to keep your dashboard lovely and gay as hell all year round.

And, yes, we’re also making a bit of a fuss right here on @celebrate (apparently, we just can’t help ourselves). Still alive

In honor or saileen wedding <3  green for st. patrick’s day :) I read a post about eileen having pockets on her dress for knives so that was the inspiration for said pocket here :D

Got sucked down a Saileen wedding tag rabbit hole and saw some possibilities for who walks Eileen down the aisle... I offer for your consideration: Mildred Baker from 11x11.

Eileen and Mildred have kept in touch - whenever Eileen is in the area, she swings by to visit, and Mildred is thrilled to see her (and her granddaughter is so impressed with how good her ASL is now). Eileen plays mahjonng with Mildred's retiree friends and they all love her.

Mildred then spends the reception alternating between harmlessly flirting with Dean (and Cas) and telling Dean how thrilled she is he took her advice to follow his heart.

Mildred and Rowena also become BFFs over (more than) a few glasses of wine. The two of them rope Claire into their shenanigans, who doesn't even roll her eyes once at them. Jody isn't sure if she should be thrilled or worried about this development.

Basically, Mildred becomes the VIP guest at the wedding and it's delightful.
