So today I decided I would incorporate deadlifts into my back days! I kept putting more weight on and before I knew it I was going for a 1 rep max, just to see where I was starting out at! I was pretty surprised to get 165kg since I've only ever done deadlifts twice before. My bodyweight is at 76kg, so I'm pretty damn happy!! I attempted 170kg before this shot and came very close to getting it! Just noticed today, I'm getting trap striations! The cut is progressing at snail pace due to all of the restaurants located around work... Might extend the cut into winter! Literally just had the worst dream I've ever experienced. Found a girl I used to see in my bed with a good friend. Felt so real. I was beating the shit out of people. I was so furious.
