I knew when I finished Love Yourself that it wasn’t for me. You just kind of write a song of whatever you’re feeling and – it’s just a bit nasty, innit? And I didn’t want to be singing that for the rest of my life. I don’t think the world expects Justin Bieber to… If you have Thinking Out Loud, and then the next song’s Love Yourself, like it’s a bit… I needed to get those feelings out there, like they were pent-up feelings, but like I didn’t wanna… it’s just bad karma, innit? Like, doing that. But, I guess… it was nice to get the song out.
