hey just letting you know that all the jade audio files on your mirror blog has been deleted or otherwise wiped from the internet, you might wanna check up on that.

That was intentional, it was requested of one of the participants.  If any of the actors go through certain life changes (professionally, transitionally, personally, etc) where they would like to not have that work available anymore, I felt that it was the least I could do to respect that.

Though I’m a little sad to see the work get taken down, it wasn’t just my work to post.

It got about 8 years to be enjoyed and the others that stay up will get even longer.  Even if it’s a bummer, I hope listeners are understanding that there are some circumstances where removal can be respected and enjoy the time they got with the logs that have been taken down.

I would like to ask though that if anyone downloaded the logs not to repost them out of respect for the actor’s wishes.

(will say lol @ tumblr’s bots not catching literally any of the logs between all three blogs)

I’m not leaving tumblr by any means, but I’ve shopped around to other sites over the weekend and these are the ones I will mainly be using alongside tumblr in the near future.  So if y’all moving to any of these, you can find me.

Twitter - All art cross posted here, otherwise I do retweet a lot and thread ramble sometimes.

Pillowfort - All art will be cross posted, I also may start posting nsfw here too.  Since the blogs can’t be separated, I really do want to try having just an all in one blog somewhere.

Pornhub's image compression is terrible, they constantly steal content and they're ToS is essentially DA's in terms of "we can do anything with it", and they're transphobic as hell. I would not.

Thanks anon, I’ll take that into consideration when I check it out.  I think you’ll understand if I want to have some proof as an anon ask making claims isn’t proof of anything tbh.  If anyone wants to message me in private, I’m open to that.  If anyone wants ask convos to be kept private or that you be kept anonymous, please say so in your messages to me.

Either way, it’s now on my list of sites to check out this weekend.

Also I need to look into it further, but that interpretation of dA I think comes from a misinterpretation of the legalese that just allows them to host your pics in the first place?  That scare goes around every now and then when someone doesn’t understand the whole CYA (cover your ass) principle when it comes to writing up that kinda shit.

Either way, you’ve given me something to keep in mind and if I find it can be corroborated, it’ll be included in whatever notes I make on pornhub as an alternative.

Guys, I think one of my tests will be ss-lemon and ss-lime for any nsfw content that I’ll be posting for tests this weekend.

I’ll actually be performing some tests to see what does and doesn’t get flagged and then deleted on the 17th and if this blog survives, I’ll be overhauling my entire tagging system to keep things out of popular tags but be findable on their own.

Bella, I gotta say I’ve been thinking on this and I completely forgot how we termed it Back In The Day™ so thank you for giving me some direction!

Archiving

Hey all!

I have exported all of my major blogs.

I have ALSO exported all of HSV, SSV, and SSV63 since I know that’s of interest to a lot of people following me.

I’ll zip all of the logs, scripts, and other materials into a folder and if I can find somewhere to upload it all, I’ll have a link for anyone interested.

I will be working on setting myself up on other platforms over the weekend but for now I’d say keep an eye on my sfw tumblr, twitter, and patreon.

I think patreon can actually be a good move for a lot of creators, particularly because public content can be posted, it has roughly the same posting options tumblr had (albeit with a lot more offsite uploading needed), and I think a lot people miss the fact that you can follow someone for their public posts without having to pay.

Either way, I will be checking out other platforms and deciding which are best suited for my needs.

I’ll hopefully have a post for downloads and new accounts posted on Sunday (12/9) and I do plan on putting out nsfw content again right after the holidays.

It's been quite a while since anything was posted here, but just in case you're reading asks. I wanted to ask something that wasn't really pertaining to any fandom. There's a new rule going to be put into place on the 17th of this month where all adult content is going to be removed from tumblr. I was wondering if there was maybe a chance you could move the audios over to soundcloud so they don't get erased when tumblr decides to implement the new rule.

I know.  I’m immensely upset about this.  I was just getting my life together and I was just starting to repost old content each week on my new art blog/main blog and getting stuff together because irl I’m in a good place to start working again and then this shit dropped.

If anyone knows a good alternative, I’d like to rebuilt in some semblance of peace.

And yeah, I’ll be exporting all my blog content if I can.  I have everything saved too so like... if anyone knows any good alternatives, let me know.

If anyone wants updates on where I may go, I’d say my Main Art Blog is where to go.

I’ve been fandom involved for almost 20 years (17 if we’re being exact).  Since I was around 11 on ff.net.  I started tumblr like 8 years ago and here is where I found any kind of success and audience.

My mental health kicked me in the ass and I lost so much of that.  I spent the last two years in therapy and having a day job I’m not fond of but lets me pay for all the things I need and I just started actually being able to build savings at least to pay taxes.

And last month.  Last month I started fixing everything up.  Started fixing up my social media, my new blog, my patreon... I was getting my stuff together to really throw myself into building back up my audience and presence and all that.  I knew tumblr and how it worked and how to get an audience cause I had one.

And now I’m going to have nothing again.  As everyone leaves and tries to find something that can suit them but there’s no one place for all of us to go right now.

I don’t know what to do or where to go now so I guess... I’m gonna stick to my main until I can find somewhere to belong again.

Also, as for the SmutStuck Voices logs, I’ll see if I can zip all the content from all the Smutvoice blogs into a zip and upload it somewhere for those interested.  I’m just trying to at least find an alternative place to establish first so that I can put whatever news I have there.

Hey so, I know it's been a while since anything was posted here, but in the odd chance you're still around, I was wondering. What happened to the rest of the smutstuck material? the TL;DR here is: I was going through old following blogs, saw that, got some nostalgia, decided to check it, and noticed there were only 3 audios aviable.

I gotchu fam.  See, here was the progression.

First there was Homesmut Voices.  Which was password locked and I mirrored to a new blog in its entirety.

Then there was HSV63, later renamed to Smutstuck Voices 63 (SSV63).  Originally started by one of the HSV actors, she deleted and I decided picking it up sounded fun.

And lastly, when HSV got password locked and stopped updating, I decided to detach SSV63 from it and create Smutstuck Voices as the non-63 counterpart.

Which is probably where you found the one with only 3 logs.  The Homesmut mirror has 103 logs, SSV63 has 33, and SSV has 3.

Hope that helps~  I miss it sometimes and I would like to maybe give something like that a shot again, but there was just a lot of stuff behind the scenes I couldn’t deal with anymore at one of the most depressing times in my life.  I like to think I’ve grown though and that if I do it again, I’ll handle things better.
