Update and News on Angelstorm
Hey guys! sorry for the unannounced hiatus. I just started a new semester at university and have been swamped with move in and front-loaded classes.
I was able to dig up some info on Angelstorm, the studio behind SUPERSTRUCTURE. According to copyright records, it was trademarked in 1995, not 1996 like the logo would imply. It also wasn't an American company like I originally assumed, but was actually operated out of Antwerp, Belgium (Dutch lessons are really paying off!)
It seems like SUPERSTRUCTURE was the only game the company made before shutting down. I can't find any information on them past 1999 so I can only assume they went under. SUPERSTRUCTURE didn't exactly perform well, and I don't believe they even attempted to advertise, so I don't know what they expected.
If any Belgians have information on Amgelstorm, please reach out to me and I'll credit you on this blog!
