it split a bit down the center because i forgot to lower the temp from 400F to 350F after ten min and instead cooked it there for twenty but i did lower the temp, added a butter glaze, and cooked it for the remaining time with a foil hat and it’s excellent actually :) now if only i can remember how i did it
