As a child I was sexually abused by my father, I was bullied and suicidal. Life got better w. friends after a while as I thought, but I was wrong, I hated my father and we fought every night. Skipping to somewhat present time, I told my mom who told the police, I had to talk to a detective about everything that happened, they made me confront him and it was the worst pain I have ever encountered, to this day I still haven't forgiven him hence why I'm here. I don't know what to do, please help.

i guess the closest you will get to forgiving him is just accepting that people know and that it's over now. Try to forget it, although i know how hard that must be to do. It will get better, just focus on your future, and yourself okay, you will make it through this.

I want you to know that I’m always here to listen, and that whatever you are going through there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and even if you think you’ve passed that stage where things can get better, you can always turn back around and go in the right direction. What I’m trying to say is that things can get better, but you’ve just got to stick around and wait, because you never know- the day you give up might be the day you’re life was going to get better.

My friend is leaving for probably ever and I want to give her something before she leaves but I'm really awkward and shy and I don't want to think I like her, because I don't, I just really like her as a friend. Probably one of the simplest questions you've gotten, but I'm just so ugh awkward. Help?

the simplest one and most meaningful i think would be a nicely framed photo of you two? or even better, buy a corkboard and make her a collage of all of your photos together :)

I'm in a LDR (long distance relationship) and I've never met my partner and we've been together for quite some time but there's this guy. He's not here anymore though and I have no idea when I'll see him again. I guess you can say we're friends but we don't really keep in contact anymore. I kinda had a mini little crush on him when he was here. And I think that little crush has come back. But he recently got in a relationship himself and I know I'm in one too. But I just don't know..Help please?

just try to distract yourself and think about if you try anything with him you could loose your ldr and does that mean more to you? just prioritize your feelings and what each person means to you.
