It’s missing season two hours…

So I restarted the season and apparently there is a bug right now that the options you paid for are not counting as paid for and you have to spend gems again.

I wrote in to FB for help and they said if I chose no to the options, when it asked me if I was sure, it would give me the option for free. Tried it, and this is false.

I wrote them again and they said that I had to send in a screen recording of me paying the gems, restarting, and it not working, to prove it was happening for them to help me. How can I send in a screen recording when I restarted before I knew it was an issue?

They basically told me there was nothing they could do and sorry for the inconvenience, bye.

So I guess I'm done giving FB chances. 🙃
