wow you’re based
well yes! 😎
white people when they realize praying to a racist and sexist person as well as putting others in harmful behavior isn’t going to help them in life
reminder of the day!
race is a social construct, ethnicity is not! you cannot change where you are born from <3
reminder of the day! ethnicity isn't "where you are born from"!
ok then the definition whatever where you are born from is 🙈 rcta isn’t valid it’s racist nor are most radqueer identities (transid, transnzi, xenosatanist) its just far left ideology disguised as woke
did you mean. far right.
anyways the fact that you're saying "rcta" (made up term by people who wanted to troll on tiktok) and are only mentioning the most attention grabbing "worst" stuff means you don't really understand the topic at hand. be anti-trace all you want but THAT is just embarrassing. lolz
u never spoke about transnaziism or other harmful identities tho 👀
thinking of doing a commission of wtvr for $95…. dm me if interested :P I can do technically anything
some examples of mi art!!

reminder of the day!
everything is a social construct!!! be who you are <3
ps, ethnicity isnt where you are born, thats nationality. learn before you speak on things 🤍
??? does this apply to pro contact paras too and transnazi???
ao3 has nsfw material of an actual child btw
it's written material with no real children involved, which is far less monstrous than every other form of child pornography. there are many pieces of published literature that depict children engaged in sexual acts, most notably the novel "It" by Stephen King, which is considered a horror classic. Yes, it's weird, and yes, Stephen King was a weirdo for writing it, but those children were never real. People in fanfiction are not real, either. They might have the names and faces of real people, but they are fictional. If you cannot differentiate between fiction and reality, that is a you problem.
ao3 is an archive, meant for preservation above all else. depiction is not approval, and whatever someone chooses to create or consume is their business, not yours. if you give so much of a damn about a fictional child having fictional sex, then go out and start advocating for no animals to ever be depicted as harmed in movies, because apparently "no one was harmed in the making of this" isn't enough for you.
I’m not talking about fictional characters im talking about rpf of an actual minor on the website in which ao3 refuses to take this down! hope this helps <3
Depictions of real people in RPF are still not the actual people, they're fictionalized versions of those people. No matter who is depicted as doing what, that's not intrinsically harmful to anyone. If a reader chooses to let fanfiction influence their views of real people, that's a them problem.
And unless the creator of the work you're referring to is saying whatever happens in that work is a good thing and should happen in real life, ao3 is not obligated to take down the work.
From ao3's content policy:
Unless it violates some other policy, we will not remove Content for offensiveness. (II.A)
Creating RPF never constitutes harassment in and of itself. Posting works where someone dies, is subjected to slurs, or is otherwise harmed as part of the plot is usually not a violation of the Harassment Policy. However, deliberately posting such Content in a manner designed to be seen by the subject of the work, such as by gifting them the work, may result in a judgment of harassment. (II.H)
Content that advocates specific, real, harmful actions towards real people is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, directing death threats or slurs at people outside of fiction, as well as encouraging others to harass or harm specific people or groups. (II.H)
Is the work you're talking about being sent to or accessed by the minor depicted in it? Is the author advocating for people to send it to them? If not, ao3 is not obligated to remove the work.
depicted people in fanfiction are real people, because they exist in real life. you’re definetly copy and pasting shit because another blog had the same response. you also just contradicted yourself in one of those laws. “content that advocates specific, real, harmful actions towards real people is not allowed” i am aware ao3 only follows us law. but i find it sickening that they keep rpf of actual children on the site, even though it does not harm children directly, anyone can access it. It was also meant to harass a child. i do not have to explain how that is extremely predatory.
Yeah, the other blog is also me. Reblogged on this account at first because it was more ao3-related than personal opinion-related. Didn't feel like paraphrasing. Responded on the other thread. I was entirely in the wrong here.
thanks

@suru1990 how in the genuine fuck are you reblogging this but also talking about how ao3 is evil for containing works that don't enact real harm against real people?
make up your mind please
you should’ve just dm’ed me instead of yapping <3
also i was not talking about fictional characters, i was talking about rpf of minors and “revenge porn”. if the only things that laid in your mind weren’t a cobweb and three marbles then maybe you would understand that and not stalk my account and ask me nicely like a decent human being if you had questions! ik im so cool but you really don’t need to furiously scroll through my reposts to make a point it makes you look obsessed xo
why would I keep my opinions hidden in DMs? I'm not ashamed.
First, depictions of real people in RPF are still not the actual people, they're fictionalized versions of those people. No matter who is depicted as doing what, that's not intrinsically harmful to anyone. If a reader chooses to let fanfiction influence their views of real people, that's a them problem.
Second, I've spent a lot of time on ao3 and have never seen revenge porn. And that's not because I consume exclusively wholesome content either, if there's revenge porn on ao3 I would've expected to have seen it by now. If you've actually seen revenge porn on ao3, how did you find it? Because it seems like you would have to be looking for it specifically.
Third, I was scrolling through your profile because of the first post of yours that I reblogged. I was harsh in that reblog, and wanted to see if you were someone I would regret being so harsh towards if I saw your other posts. And I did see a few things I could agree with, but I also saw you being passive-aggressive (as you were in the above reblog) and making more comments about how ao3 is so evil and bad because a small section of its users create content you don't like or agree with.
first of all real people can be affected by rpf, even if they don’t know about it. The fic I was talking about was made to harass the child, but either way you cannot really fictionalize a human because a human is a real person, and it is harmful. saying fanfiction can’t hurt anyone is like saying a falling tree can’t hurt anyone at the moment, so nobody blocks the pathway to the tree.
i’m not saying the entirety of ao3 is evil, but the moderators for not keeping the safety of children. i am aware ao3 only follows US law, but people’s lives can be changed due to fanfiction, especially if they know about it. wanting to keep this content up on ao3 is insanely predatory!
i was only passive-aggressive because you started being harsh. i don’t do that randomly, and I’m sure if someone randomly commented on your reblog to make up your mind you would be passive aggressive too.

there have also been accounts of revenge porn (which involves actual people, not wanting to be written fanfiction of) in this site, which the ao3 moderators refuse to take down, claiming that fiction of real people is “still fiction”.
since you are on the topic of darkship instead of what I meant to convey, I would like to say that your example, animals being harmed in movies is nothing like darkship content. animals being harmed in movies are usually depicted in a way which it shows it is harmful to the dog, and does not glorify the topic, unlike which darkship content does. i do not understand the point that you are trying to make and why you are accusing me of hurting fandom spaces. i know full well that you are old enough to be on tumblr and can handle conversations like an adult, without insulting the other person you are in a argument with.
hoes are mad because im bashing ao3 for being weird

ITS MOSHI BEETEEDUBS (NOA NOW). IM SUPER NERBOUS SENDIGN YOU THIS. IF YOU DONT REMEMBER IGNOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HIHIHIHIHI!!!!!!!!!!!!! :3
Could I gently direct your attention to the fact that “boycotting” ao3 actually lessens the load on their servers and it therefore good for them? Ao3 doesn’t make any cash whatsoever from user traffic (unlike social media sites that sell your data and therefore need traffic) so having less of it is actually good for them.
oh ok!! that makes sense but still it’s odd to use the website even though what they have on there has actual children.
